Itinerary was very good, a few hotels were very small and not in great locations.

Hotels were fine but things were rushed

We loved "Be my guest" event. It's an opportunity to look into that specific location in dept. The place is wonderful.

The GoldLeaf train was very relaxing and the service was excellent.

Great itinerary, but wanted more time in Grand Tetons, at missile silos, and at UCross Ranch.

The quality of the Breakfast in all of the hotels was definitely lacking.
Eggs were never fully cooked etc.

It is an exciting itinerary with being able to stay 2 nights at each hotel and to see as much as possible in the available days of the tour. I came home with many awesome photos and memories of places that I visited and people that I met, however, three of the hotel properties were below the expected quality of a Trafalgar excursion for myself and others on the same tour. I had gone on a Costsaver trip before and wanted the Trafalgar upgraded experience for this trip. I felt like we had the expected quality only at the Barcelo Imagine in Madrid, except for location, in which we were on the outskirts near a metro station instead of the heart of where most tourists would want to visit. I was very much looking forward to the Be Our Guest experience at an Andalusian horse farm, but it was substituted for an olive oil farm where we were given a 5 minute sales presentation before dinner was served and we departed by 9:00. My other Be Our Guest experience in Sorrento on the previous tour was another reason I chose Trafalger for this once in a lifetime trip for myself. The coach was comfortable and clean and I felt safe that our driver was an expert in his field.

Could not make the trip. Disappointed in how I was treated especially being a repeat customer.

All staff were totally professional. The accommodation was outstanding and we will look forward to using Luxury Gold again for another tour.

The service was excellent with a competent guide who went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable trip.

Thoughtful planning with very interesting excursions like tuk-tuk and hotel carriage rides and cooking school. Wonderful accommodations. Travel concierge is so knowledgeable and personable you really do get an amazing experience.

We love the balance of free time with group events. The hotels were excellent and the adventures breath taking.
