The hotels were not so good.

The itinerary was great with a lot packed into it. However, I wish there was additional time included to explore more of the destinations and less time spent on the road.

Great tour not too much down time

Some of the hotels choosen werent as good as hoped. Derry city hotel should not be rated 4 stars., 2 at the most

This particular tour was indeed a whirl …wind. It was fast paced and maybe for future more details should be provided like advising there would be much walking and very long coach rides so the more mature persons may be aware of the implications before making the decision to go

We never got to stay in Kamloops since our train trip was canceled.

Really would recommend a vacation on le boat for families or friends was very relaxing and had lots of laughs . The staff at the locks make life very easy and everyone was super friendly along the rideau canal . The staff at smiths falls are excellent and wont let u leave on your for your cruise unless your happy .

My family and I thought Le Boat was great, the kids loved it! We used the Benson branch and again I must say all the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Tour guide, rail, hotels were great, however the smoke from the fires that has been prevalent for the entire summer was bad. Insight should’ve canceled this trip.

Wir haben im Hafen von Marina-Wolfsbruch, das Boot, Clipper 12, an diesem Tag zwischen 13.00 und 13.30 Uhr verlassen bzw. übergeben. Ich habe meine Geldbörse mit Ausweispapieren und viel Bargeld auf dem Boot liegen lassen. Nach 2 Stunden habe ich den Verlust bemerkt und vergeblich versucht, einen Ansprechpartner zu bekommen, der die Geldbörse vom Boot holt. In meiner Verzweiflung habe ich mich an die Zentrale gewandt, die mir die Nummer der Managerin Doreen, gegeben hat. Diese hat sich auf meine telefonischen und SMS Nachrichten überhaupt nicht gemeldet. Die Nummer der Hafenmeisterei war nicht ausfindig zu machen.

Auch am nächsten Tag habe ich mehrfach versucht, telefonisch Kontakt zu Mairna Wolfsbruch aufzunehmen. Man vertröstete mich mit Rückrufangeboten, die nicht erfolgt sind. Auf meine wiederholten Anrufe mit der Bitte um Unterstützung erhielt ich eher vage Auskünfte. Auch mein Hinweis, dass der Mitarbeiter, der die Polster vom Boot geholt hat, die Geldbörse gesehen haben muss und sichergestellt haben müsste, wurde nicht beantwortet.
Nur eine Mitarbeiterin namens Frau Dorsch habe ich hilfreich empfunden.

Insgesamt unproffessionelles Notfallmanagement und enttäuschend.

Very smooth and efficient booking process. Have used Le Boat before and can highly recommend as the team, the boat itself and the overall experience were excellent

si vous ne lisez pas l'intégralité des conditions générales et si vous ne souscrivez pas d'assurance ( 1 de plus) , comme moi vous perdrez 1548 euros en cas d'annulation quelle qu'en soit la raison ( qui n'est d'ailleurs pas demandée). La location proprement dite ne comprend pas les frais de carburant ni le péage de l'amarrage dans les ports; A croire que les draps fournis sont en soie!
