The lunch stops while on the bus were NOT luxury thru were terrible!!!!!

One guest in the group was coughing on the first day like coughing and I told her bleeder and never asked her to put on a mask or get tested for Covid or anything turns out she had Covid and my mom and I got Covid from the trip.

We had to pay for a lot of our own meals and for what we paid for this trip everything should’ve been covered.

Our guide was very friendly, hospitable & helpful. She had arranged at all our dining occasions for my husband's special food needs & it worked out very well. Extremely nice person on a one-to-one basis as well.

The tour concierge was outstanding as were the accommodations

Luxury Gold's team provided great service while on our tour - our travelling concierge, Cerrie; our driver, Martyn; and the guides at places we visited along the way who gave personal insights to their local areas.

All in all, Harmony of Central Europe was a great trip. Our concierge, Irina, was fabulous -- really knowledgeable, kind, patient with a couple of difficult people. Five start for Irina! The only thing we would change if we could was the pace -- would like a little more down time. Wishing Luxury Gold would provide relaxed pace trips that only cover a couple of cities over several days.

Hotels and restaurants were very nice. Our travel concierge was excellent.

Our guide Arsen was great! Twenty people for our tour was perfect. The hotels were excellent, and the selected restaurants were unique. The itinerary pushed us out the door a little earlier than I like each day, but we were able to have some down time before dinner most days. We were allowed to go off on our own for several meals, which I really liked -- so we didn't have every meal with the group. My friend and I really liked that Luxury Gold provided transportation to airports on the first and last days of our tour.

Everything was perfect from the service to the airport to the end of our trip. Our trip coordinator, Andie was absolutely amazing!

Yes our Guide Andie could not do enough , she was unreal in making our trip so great

The itinerary and hotels were great, our concierge Daniella was outstanding. The food on the boat was disappointing.

Travel concierge was fabulous. Cruise was dissapointing. Food on ship was poor (always cold). Price of drinks was a rip off.

They took care of me very well, especially in terms of my issue with accessibility given that I am disabled
