I highly recommend the iceland vacation package with great value vacations. The entire trip went off without any trouble. All the expentations were met. We will use Great Value Vacations again.

This is the first time I have used Audley and trip is not until February. So far could not have wished for a better consultant whose knowledge of the area we are travelling to has helped enormously. He has listened to our preferences and produced an itinary which is just what we want and looks really exciting. Can't wait! Would definitely recommend Audley to others.

Goway and its representative did an excellent job in organizing this trip for us after we submitted our preliminary planning. Everything went well and was very well organized with no significant problems until after we returned home to Canada.

This problem was with Hertz Australia. Goway has an arrangement with Hertz Australia. Our arrangement for car rentals was made with Hertz Australia through Goway. The rentals were 100% prepaid before leaving Canada. Hertz Australia however needed to make a $200.00 AUD authorization on our credit card at the time of the car rental. This "bond" would for incidental fees and charges, but since everything is prepaid there should be and usually are no charges. Upon returning home, we noticed a significant charge to our credit card by Hertz Australia. We nor did Goway receive any notification from Hertz Australia as to the nature or reason for this charge. Our travel agent looked into this charge directly with Hertz Australia who seemed disinterested in pursuing this matter. It ended up taking over a month to get clarification of the charges and reimbursement from Hertz Australia, as we had advised them from the beginning that we had fulfilled all our obligations of the car rental agreement and there should have been no additional charges.

Goway should at the least make a note of our problems with Hertz Australia and perhaps review their arrangement with Hertz Australia. Hertz Australia should realize that they also have obligations under their car rental agreements not the least of which is basic customer service.

I have nothing but praise for the way this trip has been put together and the intelligent help of the two experts.

Audley Travel organised our self-drive tour to Namibia very well and listened to us when we requested changes to the standard itinary,a truly bespoke tour.

This is the third time that we have used Audley to arrange a tour of south east Asia, and to date they have always been great - itineraries, accommodation and the levels of service for a truly tailored trip have been outstanding.

I have used Audley travel on many occasions mostly as a single traveller. They had provided honest and reliable advice and I have seldom had cause to lodge concerns over the arrangements that have been made for me. These in turn have been managed fairly and in good faith

Our trip was awesome & amazing! The excursions were fun, interesting & there were no problems with anyone being late. We enjoyed everything we did. On every excursion, the people we encountered were friendly & helpful. We loved Quicksilver on the Great Barrier Reef & Rotorua & Queenstown. My least favorite excursion was the walking tour of Sydney - it was interesting but I felt it could have gone at a quicker pace. My least favorite hotel was the Cairns Colonial Club - I would not stay there again. Many, many thanks to Jenn & everyone at Goway Travel for putting together a truly exceptional trip!!!

I asked Goway to organize a week in South Africa for me tacked on to the end of a 3 week business trip. They had to customize for me as my dates were not flexible. They did a fabulous job. The hotels chosen were first rate! The tours were excellent. The flights were perfect and pick up and drop off was wonderful. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

We used Audley Travel for the first time this year. A 3 week family holiday in the USA in July/August, visiting New York, Washington and two destinations in Florida: Orlando (including theme parks) and Naples. I had originally planned to book everything and organise it all myself, as that's usually the cheapest way of doing things. But once my wife and I explained to Audley what we wanted, they came up with a total package which amazed us. The price which was far cheaper than anything we could have come up with ourselves. Plus they also surprised us by including 4 days in Naples FL, which we never would have thought of visiting, but were so glad that we did... so beautiful and such a relaxing way to finish off three amazing weeks. They also managed to include a lot of excursions in the one price, Manhattan cruise, Washington Tour and so on. We were amazed by the personalised itinerary they provided and their impeccable attention to detail. Choosing to go with them was a no brainer and we will happily book with them again and again. The actual holiday was a unique experience which we will never forget. The hotels were luxurious and astounding for the price.
One more thing to add, a negative thing that turned positive… we had a few problems when we were over there with the house we stayed at while in Orlando, which despite being absolutely enormous with it’s own private pool, wasn't quite up to scratch in terms of cleanliness and facilities. We also had a few issues with some of the flights. Don't get me wrong, we DON'T blame Audley for these issues one little bit. But despite that, upon our return Audley gave us a totally unexpected and sizable partial refund. We were blown away by their gracious and caring attitude. It's so good to find a company that truly cares about it’s customers. We'll be back for more amazing holidays from them in the future.
