very well organize, clean, very good food.

Not as good as other Croiseurope cruises we have taken (I.e. Lower Danube and Gaudalquivir). Seine River flood interfered with planned cruise but we appreciate the compromised routing. We did not take all excursions but the guides on the excursions we did take were very good.

Thank you CroisiEurope cruise and the staff on the Modigliani and especially the chef his food was a 5 star I would highly recommend this cruise especially to aussies the staff was fantastic even though is was a French boat there was English on the boat and the staff look after you thanks again

Excellent food and wine. Excellent tours and guides. I was surpised that most of the other river lines provided bikes for their guests. No bikes were available on the Croisi line I was told when aboard. I know many of the guests are older, but given the cities/towns visited I strongly would recommend putting at least a few bikes aboard each craft--or making arrangements with shops ashore to provide.

We are both in our 80's and my husband has dementia. In spite of this, we both had a very good time. The small number of the group made it easy to become acquainted with everyone and we met several people that we enjoyed knowing. Although I haven't spoken French for years, it was all coming back to me by the time the cruise was over. In spite of dreary weather, we enjoyed the cruise very much. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and, as a result, morale was very high for the entire trip. I can't stress strongly enough how much we liked this trip. Thank you for doing such a good job. Some of the best food and wine we have ever had on a cruise. We are now working to lose the pounds we put on! Our cabin was fine and, once I understood how to regulate the temperature, very comfortable. Unfortunately,we never had the chance to use the sun deck, but the lounge was a comfortable place to relax outside the cabin. We enjoyed the excursions, but the local guides were not wonderful. It seemed to be more than some of them could do to address both the French speakers and the English speakers in the group, and so they didn't do either very well.The trip to Sancerre was particularly good. We learned a lot and enjoyed hearing about the wines of the area.

Great crew, a great experience on the Rhine and to top it off ... wonderfull cuisine!

I have just completed a Duoro Valley cruise on the Amalia Rodrigues. I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the staff but in particular to Chef Nuno. I have chronic kidney disease and requested that my meals be low salt if possible. The kitchen staff went to great lengths to supply me with the most delicious meals, I enjoyed every mouthful and felt very indulged. I had not expected the staff to take so much time and effort to cater for my health situation, I'm extremely grateful. Thank you Croisi for giving me a most wonderful travel and dining experience!

Amsterdam to Budapest: everything about the cruise was outstanding...crew, cuisine, excursions, cabins, less than 100 passengers, etc, etc... brilliant!

We absolutely loved our CroisiEurope cruise! The staff - especially the purser, Tatiana Alencar Almeida - were wonderful. They were very polite and accommodating, especially since we were the only Americans on the boat. The boat was clean and neat, and the food was excellent! It was a very relaxing, beautiful, and enjoyable experience. The food was top notch! High quality! The cabin was nice and neat and clean. The lounge was attractive and comfortable. And the sun deck was very nice, but we didn't spend much time up there, because it was so cold. We did not take any of the excursions. We toured the towns on our own. I would like to mention our purser Tatiana Alencar Almeida again. I had a big crises at the beginning of the trip, because the airline lost my luggage. She was available and helped me whenever I needed her. She was very responsive, helpful, and so nice. I felt like I had known her my whole life. And her command of English was exceptional! Love her!

I feel dinner was too early at 7:00 p.m. Also, there should be at least two choices on the menu. I do want to say that the dining room staff was AWESOME. I was very satisfied with the excusrsions. However, the headsets did not work on several excursions, so the tour guide was not able to use them. The staff was very accomodating, but I felt that there should have been more announcements over the loud speakers. For example, we past by Budapest at night and we were not aware that we were going to pass by. They should have told us earlier so that we would not go to our rooms and waited. My overall experience was good.

The crew was awesome. Very helpful with my disabled father. Thumbs up!

I do wish breakfast had a bit more variety of cereals.( i.e. oatmeal ). Having said that the food was well presented and very good. Staff was attentive and meals were a very pleasurable part of the cruise. I wish more excursions had been possible. However I do realize this is based on sites to see on a given river, time, and general interest of all participants. The ones that were offered were excellent.

More attention to English appreciated. We thought it was a good value, and thoroughly enjoyed the international flavor of the cruise. At times, it was difficult being only one of six English speaking guests, but we plan to cruise with Croisi again. Even though WiFi was available, I was not able to use my laptop. The least quality item was the bread. I would have expected that on a French cruise you would have wonderful bread....I can get this at home in the US. Food was delicious, hot and attractively presented. Staff remembered if you had a preference, such as a fruit dessert. Ship very clean...staff always working. Room adequate; Small bathroom, but was what we expected.

Having all meals and basic drinks included was excellent. Staff extremely helpful especially with my mother who has difficulty walking. Liked the smaller boat. Especially in accommodating a dairy and wheat free diet. The kitchen made great efforts creating interesting food and serving it with a smile. Particular kudos to the purser who welcomed us and organized lunch even though we arrived at 10am on embarkation day.
