Yum, from beginning to end the menus were varied, food quality excellent, and staff prompt, courteous and helpful. We have high praise to give for the staff, meals, wines, and route. Although our carpet had rumples from stretching, we had enough room in our very clean, neat cabin. Although the condenser was next door, we were comfortable and happy.

The crew and food and accommodations were fabulous. However, when we spent the cruise overnight in 2 places, we were tied up to other boats so our drapes were closed and the fumes from the boats prevented us from opening windows at night. Felt very confining. Otherwise, the staff is wonderful, our Rhine trip was filled with great sights.

The presentation of the food was very good. The sundeck could use more entertainment or amenities. There was minimal information given as far as what to do on your own after the tours.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge and sundeck were fine even though the weather wasn't conducive to spending time on the sun deck. The cruise director ensured announcements in English and provided English speaking tour guides. Forget Chioggia, spend more time in Murano.

The staff and crew was outstanding! One of the crew showed genuine concern about a bit of a stomach bug. I had the chef cook me up some rice and soup for a couple of meals that settled my stomach. They also cooked some food without spices to ease me back to a normal eating routine. We were also assisted at 4AM in the morning of the last day when our ride to the airport did not show. I called the emergency number and was immediately assisted with providing a cab to the airport. The only things we didn't like about the cruise was the assigned seating in the dining room and the lack of a snack between lunch and dinner. We have gone on these cruises with other companies and really enjoyed the open seating and having a chance to meet other people and the time between lunch and dinner is quite a gap without anything but drink.

Our daughter is a vegetarian. The staff and chef were very accommodating. The meals provided were excellent this is our second cruise with CroisiEurope. Our family has been extremely pleased both times. The staff and crew are well-trained, friendly, and professional.

The crew was wonderful. The Purser, had infinite patience. Food was great. Wine was very good also.

Outstanding! The wines were excellent and free flowing! We found the number and length of bus trips tiring and because of the extreme heat rather uncomfortable. I realize weather is not under your control, but perhaps explaining just how much bus riding would be necessary would have prepared us better. We expected the trip to be more like sailing on the Rhine where many sights are viewable from the ship. We now understand that the differences between the rivers themselves dictate how they were used many years ago.

We recently took the combined 2 ship cruise thru the Rhine & the Rhone. The 1st ship the Symphony did not seem as organized as the previous Croisi cruise we had taken. The CHEF however, was excellent on the Symphony there was a tremendous variety of foods, well prepared he outdid himself. THE VAN GOUGH was extremely organized, great staff very helpful & friendly. As always, Croisi ships are very clean & shining, well kept up, the Staff have always been very good in all aspects of their jobs. We will always be interested in the Croisi itineraries, we hope to join you again next year.

This was our first river cruise. We selected this trip because of the dates offered and the location at the best of the Rhine. Every part of the trip was perfectly organized. We especially enjoyed Rudesheim. Mainz was also fun. Perhaps the food was the very best part of the trip. The dinner on the last night was the very best. The cabins are not huge -- but certainly satisfactory. The other areas of the ship were excellent. The crew on the Modigliani was excellent and super-friendly. They know this part of the world so well. At any time of day they would talk with passengers. If I had any one point which was not perfect it is due to my poor knowledge of the French language. I would like to improve my skills, and then interact more with the other passengers.

This was our first River Cruise and it met our expectations. The food was excellent and the service provided by the staff was wonderful. Plenty of storage space, nice bathroom and a comfortable large bed. I felt that the trip to the Park was a waste of time, but the excursion to the Falls was worthwhile.
