The chef is magnificent! The food was excellent, the dining room and bar staff friendly and helpful and the wine was fine. very comfortable cabin, and lounge.

The food was delicious - we even tried things we wouldn't usually eat or even try. The guide we had for the Beaches of Normandy had a real passion for the subject. He was very informative, and when asked a question, he would go into such detail and background to ensure you were answered correctly. Overall - FABULOUS! The staff -- they were WONDERFUL!! Always giving 110% to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves. They were caring, respectful, funny, accommodating, helpful; the trip would have not been as fabulous if it weren't for the AMAZING staff.

A bit more expensive than I would have liked (especially with 7 people), but we enjoyed the cruise (kudos to the free drinks). The crowd was a bit older, but we expected that. My kids would have liked more teenagers on the boat. The food was the best we ate on our 2 week vacation and we were not the easiest group to cook for: we had fish haters, vegetarians, and picky eaters. The crew always catered to our desires. Everything was great for us adults. My kids would have liked more things for younger folks (i.e. video games). The internet connection was woefully slow. I liked that the world cup games were televised in a common area. Every guide was energetic and informative.

The ship and the staff were great. The cuisine was lacking. We have sailed with the River Cloud on the Danube and were quite disappointed in the meals on the Seine Princess as well as food amenities during the day that they had offered. They, on the River Cloud, particularly explained the different foods of the region as well as the beverages. They were always very knowledgeable and would entertain questions without a problem.

We would definitely use your line again in Europe, but we did not like assigned seating. We prefer to sit with different people each meal in order to meet new people. Having said that, our assigned seat mates were very nice people.

I wouldn't have known about CroisiEurope except that a friend who lives in Paris old me about them. They do Seine cruises but also other European river cruises, and they serve good French food and have French atmosphere, but the crew is pretty conversant in English, so I didn't have any problems. And they were less expensive than any other cruise lines I looked into, so I considered my Seine cruise to be good value, and would take them again.
