Saw a lot in a short amount of time

Our off season trip to Sicily and Malta was jam packed with the sights and tastes of these beautiful countries. Great weather and knowledgeable guides left us wanting more. The optional excursions were worth every penny.

Tour guide Rosa Perez was wonderful, best we have ever had. Hotel accommodations were great. Tour bus was excellent. Food was not up to par.

Well organized and nice not to deal with hotels, parking, luggage, etc.
Peter the tour guide was excellent. His knowledge of the sights and history made the trip much more enjoyable.

A constant reminder in all the steps and itineraries made me impressed to Globus. From tour director and staff down to our driver are well coordinated due to transparency of delivering instructions are very well said to each and every participants.

I enjoyed my recent tour to Switzerland. Our tour director was excellent, very organized, knowledgeable and paid attention to each and every passenger. The hotels were really good too. I enjoyed our hotel in Montreux with the stunning view. It was nice that we had breakfast everyday and some dinner. Our driver was also very nice and helpful. The only thing is that on our flight home, we had 6 hrs lay over in NY. I would definitely use Globus again in the future.

Globus does a great job from beginning to end. The tour directors/guides are extremely knowledgable and caring. The hotel rooms and ship accommodations were very nice, and the tours were fun and informative.

The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotels were clean and comfortable. The food was good. My fellow travelers were fun and easy going.

Excellent hotels centrally located for exploring on your own, comfortable coach transport, knowledgeable tour director and tour guides. Safe and courteous driver. A well planned and executed tour schedule.

The planned excursions. Meals the transportation and most of updates and communication. The one disappointment was the AA travel from Philadelphia to Rome my partner and was not seated together.

We had an engaging friendly knowledgeable tour leader that kept us on schedule and gave a helpful tips handout, a comfortable bus for transportation with a great driver that provided easy access to locations and we had a few day guides in the cities that were excellent. The cities were exactly where I wanted to go and transportation went smoothly. Personally, the chamber orchestra performance in Vienna was an unexpected highlight as well as the nighttime Budapest river cruise.

Two out of three hotels were very disappointing location-wise and one did not provide the promised luggage porter service. Because of poor locations, it would have been helpful to have more information on accessing city centers via subway systems or other transportation. I did get stuck because machines wouldn't accept paper money. Each hotel had a positive (breakfast quality, staff service, etc.) Meal outings were nice for getting to know other travelers, but were more wedding reception-like than immersive into local culture with great local food. Next time, we may find our own restaurants. With all good and bad, we had enough free time to explore, saw some key sites and we're happy we went. Thank you.

Memorable tour . Had a great time . Tour director (Rosa Perez) was very kind, knowledgeable, empathetic which made the tour extra special.
Rooms are clean. Breakfast are great, lots of options. Dinner that was included in the tours ,however was disappointing .

Our tour to Isreal was unfortunately canceled, we were able easily rebook a tour to Switzerland. The tour guide and driver were both friendly and experts in their fields. We couldn't have seen everything on our own. The accommodations, optional excursions and included meals were all wonderful. The Globus Escapes are an amazing value and I'm looking to go on another in the near future.

This company definitely knows what it's doing. Super organized. Our guide and bus driver were super nice and knowledgeable.

Everything that was outlined in our itinerary was completed. No changes or mix-ups.
Other travelers I met on this trip were repeat customers; one person, it was their 8th time with Globus. That really says something.

They have an app you can download to your smartphone, which was great to have my itinerary right at my fingertips (airline and the week's itinerary). I was getting live updates to my international flights on the Globus app before the airline was even posting them!
