Trafalgar

Unfortunately I won't be taking a tour with Trafalgar and wouldn't recommend anyone else use them either.
My father used to say "If someone lies to you, then shame on you for doing business with them or their company". He also said, "That the truth can be misleading if spoken correctly", and trust me the representatives for Trafalgar are masters at using the right words and terms to mislead.
This happened not just once from one representative, but twice and with different people at Trafalgar and rest assured don't believe anything they say without reading all the fine print and links and know what they mean when they say not to worry, your Tour or Cruise deposit is "Fully Refundable".
You will NOT get your deposit money back, however if you look deep down in the fine print of your booking receipt you'll find a link for booking that says "not refundable, but able to be used for another trip with them within a year.
This may have been a $400 lesson in trust, but I'll do my best to warn others with posts on social media and telling all my friends and neighbors who are also retired and travel.
Not a company I'd recommend doing business with.

Travel Director is well prepared extremely knowledgeable and cares for safety of everyone integrated group, the plan for the journey well laid out every step includes hotels selection, side trips.very good value.

Maria the tourist guide and Fabio the driver provided excellent service and it's an impressive experience for us.

The tour Director is fantastic the driver it was fantastic and the entire trip was just an amazing experience!

The tour guide was excellent.
Very knowledgeable, personable and able to answer any question about politics economy history etc.
He was also careful to ensure all the facilities were up to standard (he showed a local policeman a substandard toilet by Western standards).
Excellent service.

Trafalgar is a money scoop, Kiss it goodbye. The trip Guides are Phenomenal, the company is DIRT. I think they are in financial trouble. Trying to get them on the phone is impossible. Have been through Europe Rome to London, Then Portugal and Spain. Quality of Excursions are poor, and cheaply done. Hotels are outside of city centers to make you dependent on them. Most provide dinners are Minimal. The Guides where Professionals and made the trips worth it. They keep this company going....they should give up!

I enjoyed the pace and the option of opting in or out of optional excursions. This gave me the option to either join in to see the sights as a vacationer, or the flexibility to do my own thing.

Adel is a well versed and expert tour director. his knowledge of the ancient world is exceptional. We truly enjoyed our time with him and hope others have the opportunity to have him as their tour director as well.

It was being at the right place, at the right time, with the right minded travelers, who all chose Trafalgar, which landed us in a moment of time, which was just MAGIC! Trafalgar's tour team were the magicians during this adventure, and are truly virtuosos in their field.

Outstanding tour of Spain. Great pacing, wonderful guides, and the special stops off the beaten path made this experience well worth it. Highly recommend.

Our travel director (Silvija) was a caring and energetic mother hen. The coach driver was a smooth and safe driver. The local specialist in Salzburg was a really funny and knowledgeable character.

Our tour guide was the best! So knowledgeable, down to earth, relatable, funny, accommodating, but keep us on schedule.

It was a lil more walking than I would have liked. But I guess that could not have been helped.

I was greatful they got us in to a lot of the sites without having to stand in long lines or traffic.

I would highly recommend using Trafalgar service to anyone planning a trip. Their planning, awareness of customer needs, quality of accommodations, tour director's expertise, and overall experience make them the best in the business. Although I traveled by myself while on the tour, I felt there was assistance, guidance, and support whenever needed. There was optimal customer care for the big things as well as the more minor ones. This all culminated in a memorable, enjoyable journey! The trip I took spanned a week, European Highlights. Our travel director, **************, was outstanding! He was interesting, knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible. Our bus driver, Frank, was also helpful, pleasant, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. The flow of the trip as well as the destinations were well chosen, interesting, and delightful in every way. I appreciated the optional experiences that were available as well as some time to shop or explore independently. I would definitely use Trafalgar for my next trip!

Absolutely great. The bus driver and guide couldn't have been better than they were. Fantastic. Knowledgeable, on top of everything, organized, kind, helpful, so much more.

rafalgar did an amazing job. Their travel director was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and motivating. Hotels were well situated and the sites excellent. Enjoyed “Be Our Guest” and the culinary surprises, bravo
