The onboard service was impeccable from the front desk personnel to the dining room servers and lounge servers and finally the housekeeping staff, all were excellent.

This was a really special holiday. From start (being picked up at the airport in a Mercedes to the fantastic Oberoi 5* hotels to a wonderful experience on the Ganges Voyager II riverboat with a crew that brilliantly anticipated and met our needs.

Overall the service was excellent. There were a few staff who distinguished themselves through exemplary service, and there also was one or two who seemed less than excited to be there.

From boarding to leaving the ship the service from all departments was first class.
The accommodation, food, excursions and entertainment was excellent. The friendliness of the crew and passengers made for a very enjoyable week.
This was my first river cruise and I would not hesitate to book other trips.
I think the Marie Theresa has set a bench mark to use as a comparison with other ships. Can it get any better?
I would recommend Uniworld to friends and family and would not hesitate to book with them again.
