Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Upon cancellation you will be liable to pay a fee to cover the estimate of cost and expenses incurred by us in the terms of the schedule set out hereunder. This is expressed as a percentage of the holiday price and is calculated as follows:
- If Period of Notice is more than 45 days notice, then the Cancellation Fee is Deposit is forfeited
- If Period of Notice is 45-22 days, then the Cancellation Fee is 25% of trip fare
- If Period of Notice is 21-8 days, then the Cancellation Fee is 50% of trip fare
- If Period of Notice is 7-1 days, then the Cancellation Fee is 75% of trip fare
- If Period of Notice is Day of departure, then the Cancellation Fee is 100% of trip fare
