The customer service was excellent, thanks to Helder. He demonstrated genuine care, reaching out to everyone in the group and striving to meet all our needs. Throughout the entire trip, he exuded energy, passion, and helpfulness. While I will gladly recommend this trip to my family and friends, it's worth mentioning that some hotels, like the one in Tanger, weren't as comfortable as expected.
