50 Historical Sites That Could Disappear in Our Lifetime

The World Monuments Fund released their annual watch list last week, indicating 50 at risk historical sites. According to their site, due to the pressuring impact of social, political and economic change, it is possible that many of these sites will disappear over the next several years.
