We have used Apple several times for booking Breezes Super Clubs Resorts In Jamaica. No problems or issues. Their prices were the cheapest when we booked. I would not hesititate to book with them again.

Apple Vacations web page slow, mistakes, incompatible property shots, deceptive low pricing. After calling three different times, on three different time, sales representatives were continuously offensive, disdainful and disrespectful… if they behave like that before you give them cash, just envisage how malevolent they’ll be after! Save yourself the aggravation, you can be regarded like dirt for at no cost… give your money to someone like theholidayhotels.com who can give you respect.

Apple Vacations rocks! I have used them 3 times and never have any problems. I’m shopping for another deal on their site right now. I totally recommend them!

A friend of mine booked 4 of us on an Apple Vacation to Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar in Cancun. One of the best vacations we ever had! No problems with flight, no problems with transfers. The airport in Cancun is difficult, but this had nothing to do with Apple Vacations. The hotel was wonderful, staff friendly and pleasant, and food was great. We had such a great time we went back again about a month later.

Our experience with Apple Vacations was phenomenal. First off, we got a great deal on our vacation package. All the Apple Vacations' representatives were courteous and informative both on the phone and on the resort. They provided transportation to and from the airport which was always on time and comfortable. Will be using them again.

Well when everything goes according to plan there is no need to get in contact with Apple Vacations. That being said when you have an issue good luck getting a response from the company. The company states all you have to do is call their toll free number 1-800-517-2000. Good luck with that when you are in Mexico (Cancun). That number doesn't work and the Apple rep at the resort I was at said, "Sorry I can't help you, I DO NOT HAVE AN OUTSIDE LINE." It wouldn't have helped anyways.

Oh by the way don't think you can use email either. "trip@applevacations.com" also only gets non delivered errors in Mexico. Wow what a waste of time and energy. Well to make matters even more unbelievable when trying to communicate using the email from home and getting the automatic response that someone will respond within 24-36 hours. That is a real laughter. Let's try 24-36 days and I have still not got a response. I think they think they will teach you patience or just wear you out and you will forget about it.

Absolutely do not use Apple Vacations.  After what we have been going threw over the last few weeks I will never recommend Apple Vacations, and will tell everyone I know and write reviews on them on every site I can find.  A large group fo my friends booked with them a few months ago.  At time of booking they told the agent that we would have at least one more person going on the trip but needed to wait to book their travel till later.  Also confirmed at that time that we would just be adding the extra people to the already booked rooms..  At that time we were told no problem we can do that, the new guest would have to pay the going rate at the time they book.  We said great.  We are not adding a room, and there is several extra spots in the other rooms already booked to add several more people.  We paid extra at time of booking to confirm the hotel wouldn't run out of rooms.  Now Apple is telling us we have to pay $400 more than the published booking price to add a person to any room.  We have called several different times and been told different stories.  Bottom line they lied to us at booking so we paid extra for extra space in each room, that we know can not use/  This is a very unethical company that promises what ever it takes to get your business, once they have your money they do not stand by their word.  I have traveled to Mexico several times for business, and with Funjet.  I have never received this lack of customer service from any other agent.

When I booked my trip I was told the hotel is on the beach it is not they didn't tell me that the pool was down during my vacation they didn't tell me it was going to be such a tight squeeze only one car in one car out of the parking garage cuz there's a limited only limited spaces available and I think I wasn't prepared for the $350 extra for the fees and hotel parking. The view from the balcony was terrible.

They are not refunding trips booked in the middle of coronavirus worldwide epidemic.

Canceled a trip in November 2020 due to Covid restrictions and travel into Mexico was too risky at the time, and I still haven’t received my refund. At the time of my vacation purchase (September 2020), I purchased vacation insurance that stated I would get 100% of my vacation fees returned (minus the $179.97 it cost for the insurance), within 90-days of my cancellation. Still haven't received my money. 

I then filed a dispute with the credit card company and the travel agency/travel insurance claimed there was no cancellation per policy received, which is not true, and the credit card company reversed the charge. That's what the vacation insurance was for. It's a vicious circle!

I have proof of policy, proof that I purchased the extra insurance to get a 100% refund, and nothing. I have been honest, transparent, and have done my due diligence, yet, I’m still out $3,500 plus interest.

I have attempted to call Apple Vacations dozens of times and I speak to no one or get shuffled around to various customer specialists that can’t solve the problem. Or, I get hung up on. I have waited as long as 2 hours on hold to speak to a customer dispute specialist, with no luck, as their main customer service line has a typical speech stating they don't handle these sorts of cases and end up transferring me in a cirlce where no one is able to help. They don’t return emails either, as I have emailed many times and no response back. 

 What’s worse is the travel company, Apple Vacations now says there is no transaction available to use paid funds towards another trip. They stole my money and the credit card company has allowed them to get away with it.

This company is unethical, unreliable, and stealing from customers. I hope a class action lawsuit is opened against this horrific company as it's slime balls like this that make the world a sad place.
