EF has such amazing support and communication. My tour director Lindsay was very supportive throughout the entire process. Even before I decided to task EF with planning our future trip, she was responsive to my questions and addressed any of my needs. She came up with ideas to help promote the trip and I believe it will be a success because of her help and hard work!

We had to cancel our trip due to Covid (which is fine), however the customer service after that point has been horrible.  I paid for my trip and my ex-husband paid for my daughter's trip.  When I asked to make sure the refund would be distributed to each account accordingly, I was told it would be.  However both accounts were refunded to my ex and now I am out of luck (this is not a civil procedure).

This was our first EF tour and we absolutely loved it!  We saw so many amazing places, ate great food, and was able to have a lot of free time to explore!  The hotel accommodations were ok!  Each place had quiet rooms and were clean.  Our bus driver was amazing and made sure the ride was smooth and comfortable.  Our host, Ulli, was amazing as well!!  Highly recommend the gondola ride in Venice and the yodeling party in Switzerland!
