Having all meals and basic drinks included was excellent. Staff extremely helpful especially with my mother who has difficulty walking. Liked the smaller boat. Especially in accommodating a dairy and wheat free diet. The kitchen made great efforts creating interesting food and serving it with a smile. Particular kudos to the purser who welcomed us and organized lunch even though we arrived at 10am on embarkation day.

Perhaps more salads as choices. I do not need the big lunches. Staff very accommodating. More room than I expected in cabin---I was in upper cabin. Walks could have contained more history. In Bordeaux info was written in French and guide had to transfer into English as we walked. More activities needed when cruising. Bingo, etc.

Great service, meals and tours! The food was excellent, but I would have liked a lighter option at lunch or dinner. It would have been nice to be able to choose a salad or sandwich at lunch rather than the 4 course meal. The lounge was comfortable and inviting. The tour guides were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and spoke very good English.

Cabin was more spacious and with plenty of storage/closet space than I expected. For the tours, the English speakers went with the French group. Often the tour info was in French first. Then when they did the English the French were chattering away, making it hard to hear. I thought we would do several winery visits - there were only two; It also would have been nice to get some photos of the vineyards - bus movement prevented this.

Even though we would have preferred more time in port, the cruise was what we signed up for, with no surprises. Both boats (ships) were comfortable with plenty of common space to accommodate every one, great crew and good (not outstanding) food. Menu when in France was excellent. Menu when in Germany was too heavy. Overall, portions too large, and not enough variety. We choose to eat only the appetizer and dessert, skipping the main course, during the mid-day meal, and sharing the main course for the evening meal. One suggestion would be to offer two entre choices, asking guests to make a choice during the mid-day meal. Also, an occasional overnight stay in a port, arriving early enough for guests to eat ashore, would be of interest. Showers small. Also difficult keeping the bedding tucked in. We generally don't enjoy guided excursions. We took two, one in Mainz, which was outstanding, though we would have liked some free time in the Gutenberg Museum. The Avignon tour was very informative, with a knowledgable and excellent guide, but too much information for us. We left the tour after an hour.

Exceded our expectations, cruising the river was fun. Didn't realise how up close the shoreline would be.

Good value for money. Enjoyed the Free Wines poured on board.

This was a great experience, we would definitely recommend CroisiEurope to others looking for a river cruise in France. The food and wine were terrific, we enjoyed everything! The excursions were generally good, however it would be helpful if more detailed itineraries would be provided. For example, on the trip to Beaujolais, we assumed we would be visiting a vineyard or seeing wine production, instead we went to a museum that seemed to promote one specific brand name. This was a much less enjoyable experience, and we wouldn't go if we knew.

In general the guides were very well informed and we were grateful tours were offered separately for English speakers.

The service, foodand the crew was outstanding. We especially liked Fontina the bartender. We were very happy with the cruise and hope to take another one some time.

The cabins were comfortable and the food was excellent in quality and quantity The wait staff and cleaning staff were very accommodating & pleasant as was the English speaking assistant at the desk. Poor arrangement of tours. Two bus tours on same day totalling 9 hrs on a bus!

The crew were professional and helpful, I feel credit for a well trained crew who seemed to take obvious pride in their work and enjoyment in helping people came from the top down. An employee who can inspire this work ethic is extremely valuable to your company and I feel this was achieved by the purser Fabiola. he food excellent, tours were well run and interesting.
I would recommend this cruise to my friends.

Adequate space in the cabin. Our guide to Anger was not good--she wanted to share ALL her knowledge. Our guide to Nantes was excellent. The excursion on the Endres river was not very interesting. The crew was exceptionally efficient, cordial, helpful. The Purser was very professional. Meals were consistently well presented and quite good. I was surprised to have so little seafood given that we were cruising on a river.

Very well priced cruise. Entertainment could make more of local artists that show case music and dance of the area, perhaps. Overall, it is good value for money. No pressure to take excursions. Crew very kind and helpful. Food was good. We eat fish but no other meat and the Chef was very accommodating.

An excellent value for the price! Welcoming, professional staff that goes out of its way to be helpful! Delicious meals and attentive servers. Generous wine and drinks on the included meal and salon services! Delicious lunches and dinners! Nice portions, great cheese servings, and pleasant deserts! Breakfasts ample and well stocked. I was not excited about the eggs at breakfast, but everything else offered a nice selection! I felt the bathrooms were a bit tight, however the Beds were very comfortable. All very clean and well serviced! Nice choices, transportation efficient and clean, knowledgable guides. Very well done. Michael, the cruise director, and his team made this a memorable vacation. We will travel on CroisiEurope again!

Cruise was boring. The ship dock in Porto was far away from the city, there was no transportation to get to the city; there was no entertainment on the board.
The was no variety of food on the breakfast, was not enough vegetables.
