The M.S. L'Europe was showing wear especially the carpeting on the stairs and in the heavily traveled areas, hallways and rooms. Meals were excellent; well prepared and presented. The Chef and servers should be applauded.

The food was excellent and abundant; wait staff were patient and courteous. Several people at our table could not eat meat or fish, or they preferred a different wine; these requests were handled graciously. Each of the guides was superlative -- knowledgeable, personable, patient. They seemed deeply steeped in history, went beyond reciting the standard fare for us tourists and answered every question. Since the Danish group had their own activities, we English and French speakers got treated to intimate guided excursions and I loved hearing everything in both languages! Other than the slow/unreliable Internet service, we were very pleased with the on-board experience and off-board excursions.

I feel I overeat when courses are just put down in front of me. Too many good desserts! The guides were well informed. I especially enjoyed the evening sword dance performance. I would have liked to see other dancing programs as well.

Overall a great experience. I would have preferred Would have preferred a simple fruit option for dessert. The dining staff was very attentive. Nelson in particular was outstanding with his language ability and attention to so many people with differing needs. Thank you.

We missed half of the cruise due to a flight delay. Staff were very accommodating preparing lunch when we finally arrived, offering an upgrade which we declined, but thank you! We would have loved to have experienced the entire 3 day cruise, we were very disappointed in the airline which caused us to miss the first day of river cruising.

We researched the web and booked our cruise with Croisieurope because we wanted a true European experience. The cruise exceeded our expectations. We met many delightful people and since our return have been recommending Croisieurope to all our friends here in the United States.

On board everything was excellent, I will definetely book another cruise in the future.

The ship was comfortable and definitely more pleasurable than the larger cruise ships. We were sad to see this wonderful vacation come to an end. I can't say enough about this fantastic cruise. The staff were the best. The food was very good. Perfect portions but perhaps more vegetarian options should be available. All the guides spoke very good English. The explanations were very good. I enjoyed all the excursions. The only negative was the air conditioning. It was comfortable in our room but dining room and lounge areas were a bit uncomfortably warm.

This was our first trip of this type. We loved this type of cruising and want to do more. The staff was always responsive to special requests/needs when it came to the menu and ALWAYS with a smile on their faces. Some guides were better than others but overall we learned a lot from the guides.

While CroisiEurope didn't have some of the extras we've experienced on other river cruise lines (like multiple choices for lunch&dinner) we still enjoyed our cruise very much. We were surprised that we were the only Americans onboard but the staff spoke excellent english.

Excellent all around: from staff to excursion guides and arrangements to accommodations to food. Though English speakers were in the minority, accommodation of the various language groups was very well handled. And I had a few chances to use my extremely rusty French!

Overall I enjoyed the cruise. The crew was very friendly and tried to please you. The service in the dining-room, sun deck, bar was excellent. Hugo was a great person to know. So the CroisiEurope people made it worth the voyage. Also great feux d'artifice for the 14 of July. First class! And so was the Gala dinner!

We really enjoyed our cruise with CroisiEurope, we were on MS Gerard Schmitter for 7 nights. The food was lovely and the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull. The excursions were also very nice, the only problem sometimes experienced was that the tour guide on the excursions sometimes gave their speaches mainly in french and not a lot of english.

Cabin was great, Food was good if you like French cooking. Cabin was great, the lounge very nice and the sun deck was not used much--it rained every day. Had a wonderful time, Maybe missed some info because of translation. The tours, Some were very good. Some were boring--The translators were not always clear.
