The entire crew tried to make the travel experience excellent. Very helpful, always cheerful

Everything from start to finish was perfect. The exception was the supplemental surf and turf dinner at the end. The steak was poorly cooked and quite fatty and the lobster tail was miniscule.

The tours even had a group for those of us with health issues. That was greatly appreciated. The food was excellent and the servers were gracious.

Uniworld attended diligently to our every need on every aspect of our trip. I am talking about repeatedly ushering us through difficult airports, and.furnishing a highly qualified Egyptologist to masterly guide us through the country and inform us about the why of everything in Egypt. The list is long and includes the elegant stay at the Ritz Carleton, and the luxury bus service to shuttle us between all the wonderful sites throughout the country. We cruised the Nile in luxury in the spacious rooms aboard the River Tosca, and savored its tasteful cuisine and local entertainment. We added all the available added excursions as well.

The balloon trip and the camel rides were special standout highlights of the trip for us. The evening Nile dinner boat cruise and the temple light and sound show proved less interesting, but still worth including. The pyramids, the tombs from the valley of kings and queens, and so many awesome temples scattered throughout the land left us in wonderment about a civilization so advanced 3000 to 4000 years ago.

We have done a lot of traveling over the years that includes travel in all seven continents. This trip organized by Uniworld will go down as one of our best trips with memories we will cherish for years.

Would definitely go on another Uniworld cruise and often recommend them. Food is great, service is super friendly (my luggage never mad it to the boat and the staff worked very hard to determine where it was). This was a Christmas Market cruise so that was pretty much the extent of the excusrions. Sometimes it was difficult to actually find the markets
