I have been traveling with ACIS for almost 20 years, and I have yet to be disappointed! From the planning stages to the actual travel abroad, the ACIS team is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Traveling with them, I know that the entire experience, from excursions to food to hotels, will be top-notch. I love that there are always little surprises along the way, too….some little cultural experience or bonus stop that adds to an already amazing itinerary. I have traveled once with a different company, and that experience proved that you get what you pay for! With ACIS, I can rest assured that my group will walk away from the trip feeling happy with their investment.

ACIS has been my go to for leading educational tours through Europe. I went in 1989 as a student and led my last trip in 2022. They have always had the highest standards and will jump to fix anything unpleasant that comes up unexpectedly. Their guides are experienced and fun, the hotels are good and the food is great.

But the best part is knowing just how helpful everyone in support roles can be. Planning is stressful and ACIS tries hard to alleviate as much ad possible.

I had the most amazing time! I was able to experience so much in a small time and was a great taster for more travel in the future. Everything is planned out for me & was hassle free. Chelsea, my trip manager was friendly and super supportive with lots of knowledge in the destinations. I met some amazing people from all over the world who I am still in contact with. I would highly recommend a contiki to anyone!!

absolutely awful. they're website seems clear about the refund policy if you cancel, but when you do cancel, they then send small print which shows why you're not eligible for the full refund. I would urge any school not to use this service, unless you want to overspend and not get your money back

The hotels were terrific, locations, staff, etc. I would have loved to have spent more time learning about the period of WW2 more so than the late 1800s period, but it has inspired me to do my own research and maybe go back for another more detailed visit! Our local specialists were amazing! Our tour director (Ric) and coach driver (Chris) was too. In fact, our coach driver had to utilize some incredible driving skills when encountering a reckless driver on the highway!

Nothing to complain about here, all were very clean and well situated.

Very well organized & great hotels

I included the ad on purchases under service. As I noted, under services some of the add-ons should have been included in the base price of the trip or not offer at all.

I had never been to Japan before and so having the opportunity to go on this global conference was amazing. Our tour managers and guides were excellent. The hotels were all lovely. We got to see all the sites we could see in the time allotted, and the food was amazing, especially the last night. I really enjoyed the karaoke towards the end of the trip so we could all have fun with each other. Thanks ACIS for really making this the trip of a lifetime!

Our group leader has been so helpful helping us set up our trip! She has answered countless questions!

Would like more “fun” things to do….less historical stuff.

This company wants to charge me $175 to "reactivate my account" so I have the "privilege" of signing up my student for a trip. By far the WORST customer support and clunkiest website I have EVER used. I would give them zero stars if I could
