I wish I could post the photographs of the awful hotels this company call 'premium' but I will let them demonstrate these dreadful hotels in their own words to me. 'We sincerely apologise that the accommodation standard fell short of our Premium standard. Notably, in Delhi, Ranthambhore and Varanasi. We recognise that these hotels were dirty and of poor quality (and for some, under construction). This was not the relaxing and enjoyable stay we had hoped to provide, and certainly not the Premium standard we promised. Please please please check ALL hotels Intrepid use via Trip Advisor etc. The complaints re the hotel standards on Intrepid trips are numerous; a common thread on review sites so they have known about the awful quality of their hotels for some tome hence their words mean little to me. So, do your homework, and look up case law Jarvis versus Swan Tours - if you have a similar experience with Intrepid, this case is relevant

Duy, the tour leader was attentive, informative and the food we were given was fantastic.
So much so, that we will organise another night street food tour in Hoi An when we arrive there.

The tour guide, Bharat Kinger, was great. However, Globus was sloppy and unprofessional in the way that it managed the itinerary for this tour. Even though I fully paid for the tour and Globus made all the arrangements, the hotel for my first night in India charged me for 1 night's stay, due to Globus' error. Globus claims it's not sure what happened and has refused to reimburse me. Of the 11 people on the tour, apparently I was the only one that Globus failed to send the travel packet containing additional information about the trip. Additionally, Globus arranged visits to vendors who clearly inflated their prices and used hard sell tactics because the majority were Americans. Globus is sleazy and unprofessional. Use them at your own peril!

a totally wonderful tour with Tereza who was passionate about Prague s history and her knowledge in general was expansive and was relayed to us with character which made the whole day so enjoyable highly recommended. Prague itself is stunning but to have the added bonus of a place to eat where the locals go and knowledge about this incredible city was very much a bonus.
My wife & I came away thoroughly invigorated after our tour .. really good !

The local guide went above and beyond. The sights were amazing. The accommodations and meals much better than expected. Lots of driving but in good cars with good drivers. The trip is advertised as being for all levels of photographers but you need to check carefully if this is true for each particular photographer. This trip for me was spoilt by attitude and behavior of photographer and being told by the photographer that if I did not know what I was doing he could not help me. I have reasonable photography experience and I thought these trip were to help all levels learn. Photographer spent most of his time with the most experienced photographers and was dismissive of those less experienced .

the guide was very knowledgeable - friendly - great sense of humour - looking out for the safety of the tour members - organised - thoroughly nice guy

The trip was well organized, extremely well guided and offered a wonderful experience.

I would recommend this Intrepid-trip with a 10 for people who love traveling in a group and an overall 8 for all my friends.

The 'team' and Pradip, our leader made us feel welcome (like a part of a family), safe and like nothing was too much trouble - they made the trip fun and a great experience. I was also impressed by Intrepid's reputation as an ethical and eco friendly tour company that treats the staff well and ensures responsible tourism.

Pradip Chaulagain added an entirely new dimension to this tour. I've been on other Intrepid trips but Pradip enriched this experience with cultural information as well as his charm and extraordinary care in looking after all of us in every way possible.

Excellent trip with no fuss and small group, leader was excellent and very experienced.

The guides and porters were fantastic

It had a lot to do with The tour leader of the trip, Vivek. He was so organised funny and kind. The itinerary was fantastic I felt like the trip was a month long rather than 15 days as we packed in so many activities but still had time to relax and do our own thing.

ITs because of our leader Vivek. He did such a great job keeping everyone comfortable and happy and informed and always available to help and answer any questions. I also loved that we only had a group of 6 people. LUckily the group was full of nice easy going people.

Great tour guide, amazing experiences, the local guides and places visited were excellent and transport/accomodation was great.
