The following cancellation charges will be payable where you cancel or your booking is cancelled in accordance with these Booking Conditions. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the cancelled arrangements including any amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling.
Please note that where an outbound portion of your flight coupon is not used, the return sector will be automatically cancelled by the airline and will be classed as void. No automatic right to any refund exists for such part-used tickets.
