Tour Guide Giacomo Giamboi was fabulous. He arranged every detail precisely to ensure that each and every member of the tour party was comfortable and well looked after. The great Italian Cities tour was exceptionally good. We were immersed in the world culture, food, new friends, language and once in a lifetime experiences. Each hotel was centrally located and the local specialists were so knowledgeable. A huge shout out to Fabio Rea the coach driver. He navigated tiny streets and heavy traffic like an absolute champion. Would 100% reccommend Trafalgar. Cant wait to start planning my next trip. 10 out of 10. 5 star effort from all involved.

I just returned from the classical Greece tour with Heather Larson as a tour manager. The tour was fabulous and I can't say enough about Heather. She is so knowledgeable, considerate and is the example of what hospitality in travel means! Not only was Heather outstanding but each local guide was just great. The bus driver Kostas was extremely competent and considerate. Because of the professionalism, hospitality and attention to details by this team, Collette will be my sole travel provider. I have shared my experience with Heather, and Kostas on this tour with all of my personal friends, family and all of my facebook friends!! Kudos to Heather and Kostas!!!!

Our tour manager, Edward Nuñez, was outstanding!
The tour was very well balanced including museums, shopping, walking tours and village visits along with the features Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca.

Steve Mayer was THE best! Organized, knowledgeable, fun to be with. Our driver Michael was an excellent driver. Always felt safe with him. Our group was small (22) so it was easy to get to know everyone. All were fun and agreeable! Our first tour experience was one to remember. Great way to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary.

My husband and I are so happy with our decision to travel with Collette. Things could not have gone better, even the weather cooperated. We had a full and memorable vacation. Our tour director Michael Hollingsworth was amazing so knowledgeable, such a wonderful personality. Very worldly and social. My only wish is that he direct every tour I take in the future. Phil our bus driver also deserves a very special mention. Very friendly, always making sure to drop us off and pick us up on time and as close to our destination as possible. He handles that big bus with ease.

Overall great tour. You get to see a lot of the country in a relatively short time period. Be ready to do a lot of moving. Some hotels were better than others. To nitpick, some communication and organizational details could've been handled better. Overall, great sightseeing, amazing cultural experience, and comprehensive tour. Thanks.

Last year, we travelled to Iceland with the Mobile Alabama Chamber of Commerce - an awesome trip made so enjoyable by Collette and our tour guide Mario Villanis!! Mario was fabulous! I would go back to Iceland, only with Collette and only if Mario was our guide! He is knowledgeable, personable and just a lot of fun!

Happy with trip, drive Pasquale was excellent in some very tight situations, Rome accomodation Imperial ok, breakfast a bit ordinary with empty plates, Rialto Hotel, excellent rooms, views etc, breakfast a bit patchy, no fruit some mornings, scrambled eggs very ordinary, Fredericko, covered and managed everything well.

Had an amazing and beautiful trip to Rome and Amalfi Coast. Shout out to Sergio our tour director and Pasquale the best bus driver ever!

No I would not recommend this company. i paid $5000 for a trip up portugal... day 1 .we didnt get to see any of what we should have due to a triathalon. we saw some mediocre spots to take there place and spent most of the day on a bus. Day 2 again we spent all day on a bus getting off in towns for maybe an hour. the next day we shouldve flown to the Azores. that was complicated by the hurricane. i asked if I could go on my own to which i was told no. imagine that it was a beautiful day.. the flight made it and we couldve had a full day. instead we spent all day relocating to a new hotel and to substitute what we should have done we went to a $5 museum which I skipped.. today again we couldve gone to the azores... instead we are going to evora. a town in the middle of the south. it's been described as historic online and boring by many. we are supposed to be on an island and instead we opted for the flat, dry, south with yet again another bus tour... please kill me. tomorrow we fly to the Azores...at 5pm..5pm on thursday and we leave friday. There will be no hiking, no dolphin swim, and no whale watching. I am beyond upset with what I got vs. what I paid for. complete waste of time and the worst trip ive ever been on.

Excellent accommodations, wonderful sights, great food, fantastic driver Robert and fun delightful guide Michelle. The trip felt rushed. Everywhere we went we were in a time crunch and had to hurry
