Service rating : Highly recommend Collette for travel. A good balance of free time vs tour time. Good travel professionals who are very knowledgeable about the different sites. Great accommodations. This is my second tour with Collette. I am impressed. Product : Had great free time at a beach on the Baltic Sea. Enjoyed historical venues.

Service rating : Good accommodations. Responsive to change airline reservations with no hassle. Product : Fabulous tour guide. Very friendly/enthusiastic and showed us more than we had expected. Very accommodating to our needs. Bus driver was also great.

Service rating : The trip was wonderful and included many great sights. I feel the driving tour around Nantucket was not very good and would have preferred included Whale Museum instead. Also the Seaside Inn in Falmouth was very far from town or eating establishments. I understand a seaside place is nice - when the weather permits but maybe the bus could take a group into town one of the 2 nights we were on our own for meals. Product : It was nice to see a different part of the country.

The great knowledge they have of every country we toured in. The tour guides are very friendly. We also felt very safe whatever city we went to. I highly recommend Collette!

Service rating : I felt 100% cared for from start to finish. The hotels were top line, the agendas were first rate, everything was perfect. Product : Everything was first rate. I loved Martha's Vineyard and seeing a whale on our whale watching trip.

We spent a wonderful 10 days on a Collette tour to Italy that just concluded recently. Our tour director, Marta Adamo, did a terrific job of keeping our group organized and on time, and she went the extra mile to keep all of us content. Love Sicily and the Amalfi coast. Highlight for me was Agrigento (Valley of Temples).

Very knowledgeable and customer service reps were great. Our tour leader and bus driver were the best. Great trip to Sicily to see where our grandparents came from.

We just came back from Sicily. Our tour manager Jovanka Mrdja was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. Our driver Franco was also wonderful. He made us feel very safe while navigating the narrow, windy roads. I would definitely recommend Collette and look forward to touring with them again and would love to have Yovanka as our guide
