4. Pane Con La Milza
Looking just like an American hamburger, this sumptuous sandwich has quite some different ingredients. The sandwich has been stuffed with the spleen, trachea, and lung of a veal. 5. Frittola

6. Stigghiola

7. Pezzi Di Rosticceria

8. Cazzilli
This delicious potato snack is found in almost every region of Italy with different names. Cazzilli in Palermo has an easy recipe. Peeled boiled potatoes are mixed with minced parsley and cornstarch to make the mixture consistent. Then the balls of the mixture are fried in seed oil till golden brown. This is a perfect snack or appetizer to be served at cocktail time.
