Itinerary
Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Panama City. Arrive in Panama City today where you will be met at the airport and driven to your hotel in a private vehicle.
Today you will explore Panama's contrasting capital, taking in the remains of the original capital Panama Viejo which was sacked by Henry Morgan in the 1600's and the beautiful colonial quarter of Casco Antiguo.
Today enjoy a partial transit of the Panama Canal, travelling from the Pacific through the Miraflores and Pedro Miguel Locks to Gatun Lake, the canal's watershed.
Take the short transfer to the Soberanía National Park where you enjoy a jungle boat excursion and guided walk on the Pipeline Road.
Embark upon a fascinating day travelling in a dugout canoe up the Chagres River to visit an Embera indigenous community.
Transfer back to Panama City for your flight to David and onward transfer to Boquete.
Enjoy a fascinating coffee plantation tour learning about the production of the regional coffee from bean to cup.
Today take a guided walk in the cloudforest or try your hand at white water rafting.
Transfer back to Panama City and on to Bocas del Toro on the Caribbean coast.
At leisure in Bocas del Toro to explore the rainforest, beaches and experience the unique Panamanian Caribbean culture.
At leisure in Bocas - you can hire kayaks and bikes to help you explore. To go further afield take a water-taxi to visit some of the beautiful beaches in the archipelago, or Bastimentos Island to discover the beauty of the rainforest and the mangroves.
Fly back to Panama City and spend a final evening in the city.
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
Arrive home today to complete your journey.
