Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Siem Reap.

Arriving into Siem Reap you will be met in style, with a transfer to the superb Amansara. Here you will enjoy four days at one of the country's best hotels, renowned for its superb service.

During your stay at Amansara, you can enjoy twice daily visits to the Angkor temples in your own private 'remork' (local three-wheel transport) accompanied by your private English-speaking guide. An Angkor pass is also included in the package.Perhaps begin with the most famous of all - Angkor Wat.

Perhaps enjoy a dawn visit to Ta Prohm today, to explore before the crowds arrive. Abandoned and engulfed by the jungle hundreds of years ago, it is incredibly atmospheric at dawn. This is the only temple that was left to the jungle after the rediscovery of Angkor in the late 1800's. Continue on to view the iconic faces of the Bayon Temple in the Angkor Thom complex.

You may like to travel further afield today, to visit the beautiful Banteay Srei. Carved from pink sandstone, Banteay Srei is home to some of Angkor's most intricate carvings.

This afternoon you fly to the south coast of Cambodia from where you will be transferred by car and boat to the private island resort of Song Saa.

Morning at leisure, before you head back to the mainland. You will then be driven to the charming riverside capital of Phnom Penh. Here you will stay at the iconic Raffles Hotel.Afternoon at leisure.

The full day city tour takes in both Phnom Penh's ancient history with the Grand Palace as well as the more recent turbulent one with visits to the "killing fields" and the infamous S-21 prison. Audley recommend Friends restaurant in the centre of the city for a great place to stop and have lunch.

This evening you will be transferred back to the airport from where you will fly home.
