Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Unless stated otherwise in your Guest Confirmation, the following cancellation policy shall apply:
Days Prior to Vacation Commencement Date and Fee Amount
120 days or more is Deposit per Guest
119-90 days will be 50% of vacation package price per Guest
89-46 days is 75% of vacation package price per Guest
45 days or less will be 100% of vacation package price per Guest/td>
The cancellation fees set forth above shall apply irrespective of resale by us. In addition to the cancellation fees stated above, the cancellation fees that will apply if you cancel a pre- or post-stay hotel night booked through us (please see Arrive Early or Stay Late below) will follow the schedule above for cancelled vacation packages: 119-90 days: 50% of the total hotel cost for all nights reserved; 89-46 days: 75% of the total hotel cost for all nights reserved; 45 days or less: 100% of the total hotel cost for all nights reserved. Notwithstanding the above cancellation fee schedule, regardless of when you book, the Deposit is refundable for 14 calendar days after original booking. Cancellation policy for group travel may vary. Please contact your travel agent for complete details. The cancellation terms above apply only to the vacation package price and pre-/post-stay hotel night add-ons, and exclude, among other things, cancellation charges from air carriers. For reservations made prior to January 1, 2016, the cancellation fees assessed will be based on the cancellation fees listed on the original Guest Confirmation unless the vacation commencement date or the chosen vacation package is modified or a new Guest is added to the reservation.

In Peru, the months of June-September (the South American winter) are referred to as "the dry season." The areas visited in this itinerary are generally clear and sunny. Although weather might vary, Peru generally has the following climate conditions and average temperatures:
Lima (sea level)
June - October average temperatures: Highs in the mid to high 60s, lows in the high 50s to low 60s.
Sacred Valley and Cusco (approximately 9,000' and 11,000' respectively)
June - October average temperatures: Highs in the high 60s, lows in the high 30s to low 40s.
September and October: Occasional rain showers, averaging 7 days of rain per month.
