What's this trip about?

This 6-night escorted vacation in the Netherlands will have you saying "it's all gouda!" From the romantic canals of Amsterdam to the quaint village of Zaanse Schans, you'll see and experience it all in the famous home of tulips, windmills, and wooden clogs. Begin your vacation in Amsterdam, the busting capital renowned for its elegant architecture, art museums, and canals. Enjoy a leisurely cruise along the canals and soak up the city's unique cafe culture before heading to Rotterdam, Europe's busiest port. Along the way, stop at either the Aalsmeer Flower Auction or Keukenhof Gardens where you'll witness the country's famous tulips in an array of bright colors. You'll continue your trip to Groesbeek and Arnhem, two towns that played an important role during WWII. See traditional Dutch life in Staphorst and stroll the fairy tale walkways of Geithoorn (Little Venice) before spending one night in vibrant Groningen. Your last day in the Netherlands takes you to the villages of Zaanse Schans and Volendam and ends in Amsterdam where you'll toast to an incredible vacation with a Heineken, of course.
