I had an arctic air excursion while on the cruise that was cancelled because the flight did not get enough people. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. I spent 30 minutes of my time today speaking to Max from Holland America in guest relations department. I was told that she now has to check that my excursion was indeed cancelled and then she will initiate a refund. I am back to square A. When I asked Max for the name of her supervisor she stated that she has none and there is no one above her position . Once the conversation with Max was completed, I should have been transfered to take a survey about the call but Max made sure that I got disconnected. Extremely poor customer service. I will NOT be considering Holland America for my future cruises.

Fantastic experience on the Culinary tour of Japan. Extremely well-planned, great food, good hotels, and wonderful tour managers.

The hotels are very nice and the restaurants chosen by the company. Prices are too high sometimes and some teachers are looking for cheaper choices. I like everything about the company but prices are too high

I recently embarked on the journey of a lifetime with ACIS through the enchanting cities of London, Paris, and Amsterdam with a friendly tour guide, amazing itinerary, and centrally located hotels with access to public transportation. From the historic landmarks to the vibrant cultures, each city had its own unique charm.
Our journey began in the regal city of London, where history meets modernity in the most exquisite way from the grandeur of Buckingham Palace to the Tower of London, that took us back in time, surrounded by the tales of kings, queens, and the Crown Jewels. A stroll along the River Thames, with the iconic Tower Bridge in view, and the Shakespeare Theatre. Next was
the romantic city of Paris, which was incredible. The Eiffel Tower's shimmering lights stole our hearts. Everyone took pictures as they approached the Tour as well as from the top of the Eiffel Tower. The Louvre Museum houses timeless masterpieces like the Mona Lisa. Montmartre's bohemian atmosphere and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica provided breathtaking views of the city's skyline. And of course, an evening cruise on the Seine River allowed us to witness the magic of Paris illuminated by the city's lights. Next was our warm and welcoming Amsterdam with its charming canals, colorful houses, and a laid-back vibe.

In conclusion, my ACIS summer trip to London, Paris, and Amsterdam was a whirlwind of cultural immersion, historical exploration, and unforgettable moments with the guidance of our 24-hour tour guide. Each city was distinct and beautiful. This journey has truly ignited a passion for travel to Europe among our ACIS tour participants. They said they cannot wait for the next adventure with ACIS.

I have been traveling with ACIS for 9 years, and the experience just keeps getting better! The London, Paris, and Rome itinerary is like a "Europe's Greatest Hits" tour. This 12 day adventure takes you to the iconic cities and sites that are on the bucket lists of many people, such as Buckingham Palace in London, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Duomo in Florence, and the Colosseum in Rome. Although included in the itinerary, I think the two days spent in Lucerne were certainly a delightful surprise to my group. As one of my participants put it, "Switzerland is the place I never knew I always wanted to go." Our kind and knowledgeable tour manager, Jo Lurie, attended to our every need, and, as promised, the hotels were nice and centrally located and the local cuisine was delicious. My group had such a great experience that half of them came home and registered for my 2024 trip to Greece!

ACIS has always done an exceptional job at planning and organizing my trips since I began traveling with them in 1998. For many years, Tom Heigham has worked with me and has been incredible at putting together my trips, answering all my questions, and making sure that I and all who travel with me have a wonderful and memorable experience.

Tijdens onze cruise naar Noorwegen ben ik ziek geworden.
Tot overmaat van ramp moest ik ook nog 24 uur in quarantaine en miste hierdoor de geboekte excursie naar Flam.
Er is mij toegezegd dat de kosten van deze excursie terugbetaald zouden worden vanwege de quarantaine.
Op 1 juli waren wij terug en het geld zou uiterlijk binnen drie weken worden terug betaald.
Na vier weken was er nog geen terug betaling en vandaag nog maar eens gebeld!
Het enige wat mij werd gezegd door de medewerker van het callcenter was dat ik maar een email moest sturen om de zaak nogmaals uit te leggen.
Hij kon niets voor mij betekenen!
Ik ben hierover uiterst verbaasd en vind het schande dat de H.A.L.zo met haar klanten omgaat.
Ik heb vanmiddag nog contact gehad met het kantoor in Rotterdam en mij is toegezegd dat ze het verder gaan uitzoeken.
Ze konden mij niet zeggen hoelang dit ging duren,dus we wachten weer af!

Bij aankomst in Amsterdam is koffer beschadigd. Samen met vertegenwoordiger een schadeformulier ingevuld. En ook nog een mail verzonden.
Ruim een maand geleden. NOG NIETS GEHOORD.
Volgende keer toch maar met een betere cruisemaatschappij

ACIS has been committed to making travel not only fun, but educational.

My daughter (13 Yr old) just went to Paris and Madrid with her school. She had a fantastic time with her friends on this trip and learned so much about history and herself. This experience has changed her for the better. She came back more responsible, mature, and confident. Her confidence has shown most in how she has handled herself moving to a new school this year. When talking with her, she stated that a new school is easy since she was able to navigate successfully throughout foreign countries and different languages. ACIS made this possible through their thoughtful planning of excursions and activities and excellent logistical planning so that even unexpected events (strikes) were not an issue and did not detract from the overall experience. I will 100% be sending her again before she finishes high school.
