Day 1: Start Langkawi

Welcome to Langkawi, a place of postcards and dreams, and a paradise for us lucky wanderlusters to uncover. After checking into our hotel, you'll have a free afternoon to settle in and explore.

Day 2: Langkawi

We've found the Earth's prettiest spot. Perfect turquoise ocean, slanted palm trees swaying in the breeze, mountain backdrops - Langkawi may fast become your favourite travel destination. The day is yours to soak up the sunshine and saltwater as you see fit, with an optional sunset dinner cruise topping off the day like an umbrella on a strawberry cocktail.

Day 3: Langkawi to Penang

Laters Langkawi! Us hungry travellers must kick on and see what the rest of Malaysia has to offer - next stop, Penang. Check in and throw down the bags, but no time to stop, because today we're heading to the vibrant suburb and UNESCO-listed Georgetown where we'll be ...

Day 4: Penang to Cameron Highlands

This morning you can hit the streets of Penang for some free time. Penang is a haven for the senses, with street food and bright lights seasoning our evening to perfection. This town is known for it's plethora of delicious street eats, blending Malaysian and Indian in...

Day 5: Cameron Island to Kuala Lumpur

This morning we’ll be frolicking about with a tea plantation tour and sightseeing of the local area. Breathing in our final gulps of fresh highland air, it's then onto the city vibes of Kuala Lumpur, where we'll spend our afternoon exploring the city.We arrive to a complete change of scene as we head to the Malaysian capital city for some big city vibes and epic sights.

Day 6: Kuala Lumpur

Today is a full free day in KL. Here you can decide to check out the Batu Caves, a series of colourful gilded cave temples just out from the city.

Day 7: Kuala Lumpur to Singapore

We came, we saw, we did it all. KL you've been a dream but we've got one last big city in our sights, this time, Singapore! We'll hop on a quick flight and before we know it, we have arrived. After landing in our final destination, spirits will be at an all time high over the last few days of seeing and doing it all. Team, let's go out with a bang.

Day 8: End Singapore

That's a wrap on our week-long adventure. Malaysia & Singapore are under our belts, and we'll say our sad goodbyes before going our separate ways - with big plans to reunite somewhere special soon.

We’re firm believers that life’s greatest experiences are made better by the people you share them with. That’s why Contiki invented group travel for young people in 1962 and we’ve spent the past 53 years perfecting it. You’ll explore amazing destinations with a group of 18-35 year olds from around the world who share your passion for adventure, good times and creating memories that define what it is to be young, wild and free.

No two travellers are the same and we know that, which is why we offer eight unique ways to explore the world. We have a number of options to choose from to create a vacation that’s perfect for you, from budget to accommodation style.

We're all about exploring the world with like-minded people, which is why we only run trips for 18-35 year olds, to celebrate being young, spirited and curious. You can expect to join a group of 18-53 awesome people from around the world on our Europe, Australia, North America and New Zealand trips, and in Asia and Latin America it's all about small group adventures with up to 25 travellers. Don't worry if you're not traveling as a couple or with a friend from home – though there are plenty of pairs, 50% of our travellers set off solo, meaning you'll have a ton of opportunities to make new friends.

With over 270 trips around the world and plenty of departure dates to work into your schedule, you'll never be short of options on where to go for your next great adventure.
