Short Description

Triple the sights, sounds, and sizzle on this South American vacation through three of the continent’s most scintillating countries. As you samba through Brazil, tango through Argentina, and cueca through Chile, your toes will meet the liveliest of dance floors, the sandiest of beaches, and the most storied of streets. Guided visits to the vibrant cities of Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and Santiago are perfectly balanced with quieter excursions to lush rainforests, chic waterfront resorts in Patagonia, and even a rural Argentine ranch where you can saddle a horse and be a beret-wearing gaucho for the day. Traditional open-fire barbecues and crispy empanadas will satisfy your cowboy cravings throughout your South American journey, while witnessing both sides of thundering Iguassu Falls, cruising Patagonian fjords beneath the soaring peaks of the Andes, and visiting Chile’s renowned wine country will quench your thirst for scenic adventure. Looking for the perfect introduction to sensational South America? How about the “Meeting of the Waters” where the chocolate-colored Rio Negro flows alongside the yellowish Rio Solimões without ever mixing. You’ll also meet monkeys, catch piranhas, and explore a native caboclo village when you begin your tour of South America with a Monograms vacation package to Brazil’s Amazon. Your South American vacation wouldn’t be complete without sipping a Pisco sour and drinking in the wonder of Machu Picchu. Add Peru to your South American tour to see the ruins of the Lost City and the Sacred Valley, and the cultural uprising of “it” cities Lima And Cusco.

Dream vacation of a lifetime

I enjoyed this trip very much. It was beyond my expectations. I was given access to amazing adventures and experiences. I gained a wealth of knowledge. My tour guide and driver kept things moving and shared their experiences and made me really feel the Alaskan culture and ways of life. I am leaving feeling like I couldn’t have squeezed another thing into the time I had here.

Our tour with Globus Imperial Splendors...

Our tour with Globus Imperial Splendors was wonderful. Our travel director Victor Holub created an extraordinary experience. We saw so many beautiful sights thanks to his knowledge of the area and other local guides which made our trip worthwhile. We learned so much history and saw unbelievable sights, plus the restaurants and the extra excursions were unforgettable.
Our driver Simon was skilled with his driving and all the time ready to help.
Thank you Globus for hiring such top notch quality tour directors and drivers.

The Globus Trans Canadian Tour was a Bucket List Item For Me!

The Globus Trans Canadian Tour was everything I’d hoped it would be! From Toronto to Vancouver, this 14-day excursion offers travelers modes of transportation on a train, coach, and ferries and even boats, rafts, planes and helicopters if one so chooses. Hotel accommodations were delightful and the included meals offered a culinary variety for all pallets. Our tour director, Jennifer P, and coach driver Scott made a great team! Both were quite knowledgeable, incredibly organized, accommodating, and also so very personable. Stops along the way offered a wonderful cross section of topography and breathtaking scenery, especially the Canadian Rockies. Excursion opportunities were varied for all levels of ability. Our little troop of 15 truly wanted for nothing.
Most certainly, I give my first tour with Globus an A+ and look forward to traveling with this company again!

This makes about our 7th Globus trip

This makes about our 7th Globus trip. This was a wonderful trip, great itinerary. Jennifer Roberts was one of the best tour guides of all our trips with Globus. She was very kind, thoughtful and took care of all our needs. Scott was a great bus driver and did extra for us by driving into town to drop us off for dinner and waiting. I will continue to recommend Globus to friends and we will continue to use Globus on our next trips.

Peter, our tour guide was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. I liked that he rotated us around the bus in assigned seats so that no one had to rush to get to the bus in the morning to get his/her "perfect" seat. The tour was amazing. I learned so much and saw such a beautiful part of Canada that I had never been to. Our bus driver Randee was very skilled and I felt safe on all the hairpin turns. I would recommend this tour 100%
