Jeannine really knew the area and her love for the region was contagious. Before the tour she responded to email queries timely so I could finalize plans for free time in Bar Harbor and that was greatly appreciated. She shared lots of good information while on the tour (dining options, photo spots). Her zest for travel both as a tourist and as a tour director came across as she encouraged us to continue to travel and to travel with Trafalgar again. A great ambassador for the brand! I loved getting the schedule for the entire week up front (including departure and bag pick up times). Jeannine's recap email at the end of the tour supplemented the notes I took along the way especially when organizing and labeling pictures.
