Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Today, your guided morning tour will include a visit to the Hofburg Palace, once the seat of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and view the Belvedere Palace, Prater amusement park, the United Nations buildings, St. Step...

This morning take a guided visit to the Kunsthistorische Museum. The remainder of your day is at leisure.

Day 7: Vienna / Budapest

After breakfast journey eastbound by motor coach on a first class train to Budapest, better known as the Paris of the East. Upon arrival at your hotel the rest of your day is at leisure.

Day 8: Budapest

After breakfast, your morning sightseeing tour includes views of the decorative Parliament building, seat of the National Assembly; Vaci Utca, a pedestrian street lined with shops and restaurants; Heroes Square with the Millennium Memorial, 118 foot high Corinthian Church, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The balance of the day is at leisure.

Day 9: Budapest

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. This morning, your sightseeing tour will focus on the Castle Hill area, the 13th century Matthias Church, Fishermans Bastian and Royal Palace. The rest of your day is at leisure. Enjoy Budapest at your own pace. This evening, enjoy dinner at a typical csarda restaurant.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by Homeric Tours. The following cancellation fees will be charged per person:

For Land Packages except Africa:

  • 60 days or more before departure: $150.00
  • 59 to 45 days before departure: $250.00
  • 44 to 36 days before departure: $350.00
  • 35 to 21 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
  • 20 to 8 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
  • 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
