Day 4: Into the Outback

Discover the domes of Kata Tjuṯa, and join your Travel Concierge for a guided walk deep through whistling Walpa Gorge. Tonight, delight your senses over sparkling wine, appetisers and a Multi-coloured sunset at Uluru, an icon of Australia.

Day 6: On to Melbourne

Day 7: The Yarra Valley

Venture to the Yarra Valley, famous for its boutique local food and wine and breathtaking scenery. Firstly, visit the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie to take a Masterclass. Visit a local winery to learn about their vintages before enjoying lunch with wines. Lastly, experience a gin tasting before returning to Melbourne for an evening at leisure.

Day 10: Hunter Valley Wine Region

Spend the day exploring renowned wineries of the Hunter Valley Wine Region, best known for Semillion and Shiraz. Visit the cellar doors, a cheese shop and a chocolatier this afternoon before spending the evening at leisure.

Day 11: Sydney Harbour Lunch Cruise

Return to Sydney and board your lunch cruise. Sip wine over lunch and delight in the harbour’s history, passing landmarks like Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Day 12: Sydney at Leisure Relaxed Start
