Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Vancouver. Overnight in Vancouver - arguably Canada's most beautiful and interesting city.
Make your way out to the airport this morning for your flight up to the Yukon. On arrival in Whitehorse you collect your hire car and make the short journey to your accommodation for the night.
Spend a day relaxing after your flight. You may wish to visit the Beringia Interpretive Centre, stroll along the banks of the Yukon River, visit the SS Klondike or take a white water rafting trip.
Drive from Whitehorse over the border to Skagway in Alaska. You will drive past the stunning iridescent lakes of southern Yukon and through breathtaking mountain scenery.
Enjoy a full day to explore the small historic town of Skagway. Lying at the entrance to the Chilkoot Trail, the town rose to prominence during the Yukon gold rush of the late 1890s, and you can still visit a gold rush era tavern.
Board the ferry in Skagway for the short and scenic crossing, across the Lynn Canal, to Haines. The afternoon is free to explore the little town.
Spend a day exploring the pretty town of Haines. There are plenty of crafts shops to wander around or, alternatively, you may wish to take an optional trip to Glacier Bay.
Drive north from Haines, back into Canada, to the little town of Haines Junction. The afternoon is free for you to go cycling, canoeing or perhaps go walking.
Enjoy a day to relax in the vicinity of Kluane National Park. The park itself is a vast wilderness that includes Canada's highest mountains and prolific wildlife. There are many walking trails available or you may wish to take a thrilling optional flightseeing trip.
Leaving behind the mountains of Kluane, drive east, through the small settlement of Champagne, back to Whitehorse.
Make your way back to Whitehorse airport this morning for your domestic flight returning to Vancouver.On arrival, head back into the city for your final night of a wonderful trip.
Enjoy a final morning in Vancouver then make your way to the airport for your onward flight.
Arrive home today to complete your journey.
