Choose to dine in the main house or on the beach at the Veranda restaurant and the Beach Café. Dinner at the Veranda is intimate and cosy, serving contemporary twists on classic Caribbean cuisine. There are smaller sharing plates or larger main sized dishes, incorporating traditional cooking methods of smoking or open-flame grilling.
The Beach Café is a more relaxed affair, with leisurely lunches being served under the sway of palms alongside white sands. Dishes are a fusion of Caribbean and Mediterranean with fish and lobster burger being served alongside Dukkah spiced lamb koftas. There is also a range of fresh vegetarian and vegan dishes to enjoy. Interactive dining experiences happen at the Beach Café with a Saturday night beach bonfire cook-off and their popular ice cream parlour.
Basils bar is a treasure on the island of Mustique, once serving drinks to passing sailors, the bar now serves delicious cocktails, light lunches and freshly grilled seafood. Sunset Sunday offers dinner with live local music as an atmospheric way to finish the week.
