What's this trip about?

This is an escorted tour. It’s perfect if you prefer not to do your own driving and want to see as many sights as you can during your vacation.  GOOD NEWS - The local tour operator will no longer require a COVID-19 vaccination for travelers as of March 1, 2023.  For travelers departing before March 1, the tour operator requires that travelers aged 12 and older provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination in the form of written documentation (paper or electronic copy), in English, for all vacations. Proof of vaccination must be completed at least 14 days prior to the tour start date. *Exceptions apply to children who do not qualify for vaccination. Cover Italy’s main sites on this unforgettable vacation. Start in Rome and visit the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s, the Colosseum, and more. Stop in Orvieto, perched high atop a volcanic rock, visit the cathedral and taste local pastries in Caffé Montanucci, a traditional pasticceria. Next is Florence, “Cradle of the Renaissance.” Admire Michelangelo’s David and sculpture-studded Signoria Square before continuing to St. Anthony’s Padua. Spend a full day in romantic Venice: ride a private boat, and your guided walking tour features St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, Doges’ Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs, as well as a glassblower demonstration. In Verona, see Juliet’s balcony and the Arena, then arrive in Milan, where you'll visit the Museum of La Scala Opera House and a wonderful excursion to Lake Como, where a private boat ride takes you to picturesque Bellagio.
