Get an early start and make a beeline for Grand Teton National Park! Plan ahead so you can spend the whole day doing exactly what you want. Raft the scenic Snake River, drive the 42 Mile Scenic Loop Drive, hike, explore the park on horseback, or view wildlife.
Say goodbye to Jackson and hello to Yellowstone! Your drive will take about 3 hours or so which means plenty of time for sightseeing stops and photo ops! Get checked into your accommodations then strike out to get familiar with your surroundings.
Did you know that Yellowstone National Park is bigger than the states of Rhode Island and Delaware combined? It's packed with over 10,000 hydrothermal features like hot springs, geysers, mud pots, and fumaroles.
The park sits on top of a geologically act...
Yellowstone is home to the largest concentration of mammals in the lower 48 states. Teeming with over 67 species, the park is a great place to view wildlife. Grab the binoculars and see who can spot the most interesting animals!
A 308-foot drop, the Lower Falls of Yellowstone's Grand Canyon is the tallest waterfall in the park. There are miles and miles of walking trails and about 290 waterfalls in Yellowstone, so today is a great day to set off to visit a few.
Today, you'll pack your bags, drive back to Jackson Hole, drop off your rental car and fly home to share your memories!
