Arrive in Naples, Italy; transfer to your hotel in Ravello above the Amalfi Coast for a welcome dinner.

Days 2-3

Meals: Breakfast

Accommodation: Belmond Hotel Caruso

Stroll Ravello and visit the Villa Rufolo. Drive the Amalfi Coast, viewing Positano and stopping in Amalfi. The next day, boat along the Amalfi Coast to Capri. Drive up to Anacapri and visit Capri town. Enjoy a visit and tasting at a local maker of limoncello.

Day 4

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

Depart for Herculaneum, a city better preserved than Pompeii. Later, visit a winery on the slopes of Vesuvius for a tasting and a lunch of local foods and wines. Continue to Rome to begin your main journey.

Depart for Verona, where you enjoy a guided walking tour. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to your hotel overlooking beautiful Lake Como.

Days 2-3

Visit the lakefront town of Lugano, Switzerland. Ride a funicular up Mount San Salvatore for inspiring alpine views. Later, enjoy a tasting of the famous local merlot. On Day 3, after a morning at leisure at your resort hotel, travel to Bellagio to stroll its streets. Tour the lake by private boat, with pre-dinner drinks on board, and visit Comacina, the only island in Lake Como, for a farewell dinner at the Locanda dell’Isola.

Day 4

Today, transfer to the airport and depart.
