This was my second Globus vacation. I really believe it's the greatest way to experience Europe. Italy was fantastic. My tour director Giovanna was fabulous. We were able to see all the sites from Rome to Milan and have the best food of my life!

We just got back from our Essential Europe tour. Globus met and exceeded our expectations!

We had the best time ever in SA, Peru,Ecuador and the Galapagos. In all it was very physical for us at 67 years. I trained for a year to make the Machu Picchu climb. And it rained hard, too. SA is so different from anywhere we've traveled, yet very European in the cities. The people were so warm and welcoming from the rural farmers, the Lake Titicaca islanders and the grand dame in Lima who hosted us for dinner in her downtown 1800's home. Acclimating to the altitude was done well; the tea helped. The SA food was so different from US and EU. New meats, fish, fruits and 3000 kinds of potatoes, too. And the sea bass, very reasonable and tasty. Very unique clothing(alpaca lambswool sweaters), jewelry and art gifts to purchase. We felt safe in the cities, but we were early to bed most nights. Superlative hotels, by the way, as was the ship.
The Islands were amazing, the ship was specially designed for island tours. The naturalist/guides were local, educated and knowledgeable. The variety of species unique to the islands, no land mammals, was eye-opening. So many animals, land, ocean and avian to see. One can see how Darwin created his theory of evolution. One wonders what he was thinking of as he collected his species across all the islands.

Excellent trip visiting many cities and sights over 13 days from Lake Como to Sorrento starting and ending in Rome. Tour guide and bus driver great and all local guides wonderful. Enjoyed all excursions . Pasta and wine not bad either!!

My expectations for Globus far exceeded after my trip to Europe. Everything went so well. My group had about 40 people, and Globus managed our trips so smoothly. I was very impressed. I can't imagine how fortunate I was that I managed to visit places I planned to go during my free time every now and then. It was my luck but I was able to see the Pope at St. Peter's Square because my hotel was two blocks away from St. Peter's. Again, in Paris, Chopin's grave was just 15 minute-walk from my hotel. The tour director, Benjamin was a top-notch intellectual as well.

Very impressed with the detailed knowledge of Rowena our appointed contact and the speed with which a bespoke itinerary was put together for us. No hesitation in recommending Audley to friends and family.

This was a phenomenal trip. Iceland is unique in every way. Our hotels were all clean and comfortable. Food was different in some ways, but also interesting and tasty. It was a busy trip covering over 2200 kilometers, but we saw a tremendous amount of places and scenery. Would do it again in a heart beat. Our tour guide was exceptional.

Outstanding itinerary with delightful surprises in the excursions. Packed in a lot of stops in interesting towns around Rome, Florence and Venice. Local and trip guides were very good and really enhanced the experience. Hotels were very good as well. Group dinners were just ok, but hard to have a really special meal for 42 people.

Loved the Spain trip. Went to all the most important sites, with a great tour director. Couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Globus had everything covered, from airport transfers to hotels to sightseeing. This trip was well planned and extremely well run. Hotel placement was excellent, very near the sights we wanted to see. Bus was first class, clean, roomy, and great ride. Mauro our guide was just outstanding, really, he was sharp, knew the cities we were visiting, and was very accommodating to everyone on the tour. We will definitely book with Globus again without question.

Not to hectic itinerary. Good options offered. Good eastern Europe experience.

The included trips were great. We particularly enjoyed Great Barrier Reef, Ayers rock, the Olgas and Sydney. The highlight in New Zealand was Milford Sound

Our guide through Portugal, Spain, Morocco, and Gibraltar was Monica who was super organized and who provided spectacular individual service when needed. She was tireless in providing us with an excellent experience.

My favorites on the trip were the Flamenco show in Seville (Monica got us front row, center seats) and the camel ride through the Sahara. Also not to be missed were the Spanish Plaza in Seville, the Alhambra, Mosque in Casablanca, Rick's in Casablanca, the walk through the Medina in Fez, and bargaining with the carper merchant in Marrakech.

My only disappointments were Lisbon (dirty and too much graffiti) and the atrocious hotel in Madrid.

this was a wonderful trip. we had planned for months. there were few glitches, one person did not have a seat on the plane to join the group for the extension for a day and a half but the remainder of the trip was 5 star. food good, lodging top notch and better yet, the guides were informative, and kept us on track.
