From the tour director, Hoa, to our Vietnamese and Cambodian guides to all of the staff on the Mekong Jewel, all were so incredibly attentive to all of our needs and made the experience so memorable. The daily briefing Hoa provided each night prepared us for our next adventure leaving no questions unanswered while providing a deep meaning and understanding for what we were about to experience. Can’t think of a thing he and his team could have done better.

Good experience. The room was beautiful. The staff was very professional, attentive and friendly at all times. Ion excellent attention and always with a smile. Damiano very good service. Lakry does the best massages and is very professional. Boris was very attentive, sweet, friendly and cordial!! Thanks a lot!! Greetings with love from Mexico :)

Every person onboard made you feel very welcomed and important and so happy to help you at anytime. Damiano went above and beyond in providing a fun atmosphere while on and off the boat. Excursions were awesome! Especially, the Vinegar Estate.

We were welcomed warmly from the moment we got to the port. The crew was so friendly, cheerful and sweet. We were treated like VIP's every step of the way. The restaurant staff anticipated our needs and served with enthusiasm and efficiency but always making time for a friendly chat, really taking the time to be personable even as they attended to exactly what we requested. the housekeeping staff was impeccable in creating order out of the chaos we left in our room as we dashed out to explore the destinations.Our days were beautifully choreographed by the director Louisa. It is always a comfort to know that whatever happens on our adventures we will be safely in the arms of UniWorld.

Our butlers and cleaning crew were awesome. Seriously, you couldn't leave the cabin without them sneaking in a cleaning! They were johnny-on-the-spot, while remaining unobtrusive. Our waiter, Ion, was amazing ... remembered everything... EVERYTHING!
