Onboard service was excellent. Staff were attentive to our needs, and made every effort to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Some staff we had personal interactions with included: Paolo, who made a point of making sure our cups were always full and we had the beverages we wanted; Borislava, who kept our room in pristine condition while being unbelievably unobtrusive and was always ready to greet us in the hall; Delyan, who not only made sure we had what we needed, but engaged us in meaningful conversations; Martin and Dragos, both of whom kept our coffee cups full and tables clean. Every staff member we interacted with were kind, courteous, and interested in making our vacation an exceptional experience.

The accommodations exceeded expectations and the staff was remarkably attentive.

The entire crew (from laundry to the Captain) were amazingly welcoming and engaging. As English wasn’t the primary language for most of them they made an amazing effort to communicate and respond to the travelers who primarily spoke English. Very welcoming

The food and service by the staff was second to none.
Top quality meet and quality of presentation was over the top.

The service was soupier. I was told Uniworld is the best cruise line and I am in full agreement. Any request was met with enthusiasm and was honored. Thank you for a memorable cruise. Will definitely use Uniworld in the future.

The boat was beautiful, but our cabin attendant put the trip over the top. Dimitar was one of the most attentive stewards we have experienced in all of our cruises. His attention to our needs, keeping the room fresh and neat and adding the personal dimension when we connected, was what we will remember. Please reward this man with a great annual review. Dimitar is above deserving.

All activities (tours) were well planned. We never felt unsafe as all safety steps were taken for attendees. Our tour guide, Mohamed Ragheb, made the trip!! He is amazing and I can't think of ever taking an Egyptian trip without him. This was a trip of a life time. On board activities and employees made the trip memorable. But Mohamed R. made this a five star vacation!!

The service was personalized and professional; for example, our cabin steward left a bouquet of flowers for us. I enjoyed the delicious meals and all aspects of the dining experience. The candlelight dinner was very special. The sun deck was a favorite spot for me and was always spotless; I loved getting a drink there. The staff was nice!

I can not say enough good things about the crew on this cruise. The service was outstanding!! Everyone was friendly and always greeted me with a smile.Top notch all the way around!!!
