I have done 2 tours; Italy and France. Can’t wait for the next one. Guides were amazing!

I can’t find enough words to express what a wonderful experience we had! We did the 9 day tour of Ireland. Our tour guide, Patrick was excellent! As was our driver,John. We didn’t want to come home!

Just finished the Greece tour with the 7 day cruise. Our Gate 1 Tour Director Constantine was absolutely amazing! This tour would not have been as fabulous without his guidance. He always seemed to appear just when we needed him but never pushy or overbearing! He is very knowledgeable about Greece and genuinely wanted our entire group (31 people) to enjoy their trip! All of Gate 1 staff was amazing and thought if everything! Kudos Kostas!!! Yama!!!

Just got back from Ireland-England-Scotland tour. Had a great time, celebrated my 35th anniversary with my wife in Scotland!

The Gate 1 Culture tour of Ireland was spectacular. Our guide, Kate Matthey, was so knowledgeable, sincere, funny, caring and entertaining. Michael, our driver, was kind and careful. We always felt safe and cared for in their hands. The hotels and meals were top-notch and we loved the Stud Farm, Bob the herding dog, the poetry luncheon and, of course, the Guinness tasting. The meals in genuine Irish pubs were fun. We were enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The trip to vietnam was fantastic the tours we signed up for all of them and was busy everyday. The tour guide Buffalo was excellent. The trip was just above and beyond my expectations. Every aspect of the trip was simply great from the start to finish. Will travel with Gate 1 again.

Just got back from the Budapest to Amsterdam Danube-Main-Rhine River Cruise. It was so good! First of all, the Tour Manager/Cruise Director Rudy Reitsma was fantastic at getting the best local guides and giving great overviews of up-coming destinations. Second, the crew of the ship Monarch Queen went above and beyond in their friendliness, service, and excellent meals! Third, Sabeur, the Activities Director was great at making the travel nights and afternoons extremely entertaining. This was our first river cruise and we will definitely do more! This cruise required you to be very mobile. There were multiple up-hill hikes to get to castles and higher vantage points as well as the normal walking tours that are on mostly cobble-stone streets. In other words, be in shape and take good shoes as well as pain relievers and muscle ache ointment! The small number of passengers allowed us to get to know everyone at least in a cordial way. We started out with a great group at dinner the first night and we all hung together the entire trip! We were also able to mingle and have great conversations with other vacationers!

We had never heard of Gate1 Travel before and were a little dubious since the price was so reasonable. I can unequivocally say that Gate1 exceeded our expectations and the amenities were first class! This trip set the bar for all future cruises!

She made our trip so special and memories of a lifetime because of her friendly, kind, loving personality and amazing knowledge, attention to detail and great communication skills, all while making the trip very fun and enjoyable. A++++++ for Kit :) If I could tour the world with her as my tour guide I would! I will never forget our Thailand trip and Gate 1 tour because of her, Thank You Kit!

Just returned from a 12 day tour of Italy. It was a wonderful experience. Martin, our tour captain was exceptional, as were all of our tour guides. I will be recommending the company to anyone interest in an organized travel experience.

Very well organized and our tour guide Santiago was outstanding! Kept the tour on point and very pleasant to be with. We had no issues at any stop and I will use them again. Highly recommend this way to travel abroad.

Best trip I ever took ..
11 days in Italy. I am still friends with my tour guide to this day .
