I've never travelled solo before, so I was pretty nervous and not sure what to expect. However from day one Carlos made me feel at ease and created a great group dynamic. If I had any questions, whether it be where to put in laundry to what sort of bird is that?, he would promptly provide the answer and if he didnt know he would be searching for it straight away. _x000D_

The trip itself and the locations visited were also great, and in all but one destination I felt that the amount of time in each place was appropriate._x000D_

Because the trip was very good learning about all the different cultures and giving you a variation of many different things to do. However the hotel stays and a few towns on the trip weren't very good

Trip crosses through lots of countries so more opportunities to see and experience more. Travels through local towns and honestly visit so able to experience the real culture of the countries we crossed.

Snorkeling with sharks and thousands of fishes, climbing the mayan pyramides, enjoying the great coffee in guatemalan highlands. I loved this trip, it was a great adventure.

Great locations, excursions and fairly short travel distances

Intrepid were incredibly responsive to my initial and additional extra requests. All aspects of the tour were clearly communicated and our guide and the activities offered of a high standard - very professionally run and throughly enjoyed.

This is my third trip with Intrepid and I just love how they hire local guides, use local facilities and arrange everything to make it a pleasant experience.

Was almost perfect, but because it was straight after another trip to Mexico and Guatamala. The different guides complemented each other and if I had just come on this second trip I think I would have felt not adequately prepared or understanding of the Maya culture which was very well explained by the 2 local guides at Chichen Itza and Palenque.

I liked the mix of people on the trip and appreciated that it was not just a young crowd. I also feel that it was facilitated well and planned to give people a good experience of all elements of the nations visited.

Great guide

Excellent guide and good experience

This tour proved to be more than what I expected. The tours offered in Belize were amazing and value for money. Guatemala offered wonderful opportunities to see a rich landscape and genuinely lovely people.

I have done a number of Intrepid tours and have always been very happy with the guide, the tour and my experience in general.

Well planned, great destinations, excellent guide.
