She made sure I understood the process and walked me through the payment process so I could apply the clients payments. She answered any questions within 24 hours and she would even personally call me

We had an excellent GoWay representative who answered all our questions promptly and helped us find a tour that worked well for us. I appreciate that GoWay maintained and supplemented our deposit from when we had to cancel our initial trip due to the pandemic.
We had no issues with our reservations in South Korea. Pickup and drop off to and from the airport were on time and straight forward. The Ibis hotel that was booked for us through GoWay was fairly average (so I am curious to know the costs of it), but the location was amazing, so no real complaints.

Agent was able to determine what our needs and wants were for this trip and designed a perfect itinerary, which was followed to a 'T' once landed in Nairobi. The lodges were very different from each other, yet unique on their own. Staff was always professional, respectful, on time, very well educated knowledgeable about flora and fauna.

I was overcharged a trip and the company would not provide detailed invoices for the actual costs and where fund went.

I planned this big Asia family trip with Maria Spitman for over a year, as I've had to postpone this family trip several times. I must have asked Maria to look up flights 50 times! I also kept changing my mind on hotels, and family members who were going to come cancelled. We would probably aggravate most people however Maria was nothing but patient and accommodating, and always responded in a timely manner.

This was also a complicated trip - we were traveling with a baby and toddler, went on 8 flights, stayed in 4 hotels across 4 destinations in 3 countries. We also booked a driver and car in each destination. Maria booked everything accurately and made no mistakes. I was very particular with our seating arrangement for the flights, and Maria sat down with me on Zoom and we booked it together. She also contacted the airlines for me to get bassinet seating.

The drivers we got were professional, always on time, and went above their jobs by helping us with the kids (including holding the baby so we could eat in peace) and guiding us on food suggestions.

We had an issue with a hotel mistaking us for another guest (their fault, not the agency's). This was at 8 PM and we were tired from flying. Candice L, the agent in Singapore was immediately reachable and stepped in to fix the problem.

Overall I would say if you do your own research into what kind of destination and hotel experience you want, and present it to your agent, the agent will fill in the gaps and you'll have a wonderful trip.

Great excursions and flight planning on our trip to Australia. After getting a preliminary itinerary from the website, I appreciated that Lisa from Goway Travel responded immediately to my email that I have a tween son and wanted outdoor activities that would keep him engaged, and for us to have fun together as a family. I wanted to skip the major cities that are included in every Australia tour and focus on the Reef and Rainforests in the North. All the excursions booked were great and the flights and transportation to and from hotels went perfectly.
