Iberico Ham - This spanish meat is rich full of fat and mouth wateringly sweet and salty tastes. This is usually eaten alone with cheese or olives.
Escalivada - A very delicious dish with very mediterranean ingredients. This is made by grilling whole vegetables such as eggplants, peppers and tomatoes for that smokey taste, served with olive oil and salt and sometimes topped with anchovies.
