Cancellation policy

Upon cancellation you will be liable to pay a fee to cover the estimate of cost and expenses incurred by us in the terms of the schedule set out hereunder. This is expressed as a percentage of the holiday price and is calculated as follows:

  •  If Period of Notice is more than 45 days notice, then the Cancellation Fee is Deposit is forfeited
  • If Period of Notice is 45-22 days, then the Cancellation Fee is 25% of trip fare
  • If Period of Notice is 21-8 days, then the Cancellation Fee is 50% of trip fare
  • If Period of Notice is 7-1 days, then the Cancellation Fee is 75% of trip fare
  • If Period of Notice is Day of departure, then the Cancellation Fee is 100% of trip fare
