Short Description
Gaze upon the masterpieces of architecture and history in Rome. Explore the Spanish steps , the Piazza Navona and the Baroque Quarter. Day 1: Rome

Arrival in Rome. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight meet your Tour Director and your fellow travelers for a welcome cocktail followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2: Rome
Meals: Breakfast
This morning after breakfast you will have a tour of Rome including the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Baroque quarter. In the afternoon transfer to the Vatican for a guided tour of the Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica. Discover all masterpieces of Greek and Roman ancient art, works of Raphael, Michelangelo and Caravaggio.
Day 3: Rome

Day at leisure to discover this Eternal City on your own.
Day 4: Rome / Siena / Florence
Meals: Breakfast and Lunch
After breakfast depart for Siena. Along the way, take in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. In Siena enjoy the towns incredible views and have an original Tuscan farmer lunch and wine tasting. En route to Florence stop in Chianti for a wine tasting. Arrival in Florence late afternoon.
Day 5: Florence

This morning is at leisure to explore this city on your own. This afternoon your guided walking tour will visit one of the most famous cities in the world and the cradle of the Italian Renaissance, Florence. You will see Piazza Della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo with Giottos Bell Tower and Ponte Vecchio.
Day 6: Florence

The day is at leisure to explore this magnificent city on your own or join one of the many optional tours.
Day 7: Pisa/ Lucca/ Portovenere
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast depart for Portovenere on the Italian Riviera. En route stop in Lucca and Pisa to see on your own the city’s most famous Leaning Tower. Continue to Portovenere for overnight.
Day 8: Portovenere
Meals: Breakfast
Full day guided tour to Cinque Terre, the five villages in the region of Liguria along the Italian Riviera. Return to your hotel in Portovenere late afternoon.
Day 9: Portovenere / La Spezia / Milan
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast drive to La Spezia where you will board the train for Milan. This afternoon you will have a guided tour of Milan. Visit the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie to admire Leonardo da Vinci Last Supper, Brera district, the worlds most famous opera house La Scala and Piazza Duomo.
Day 10: Lake Maggiore
Meals: Breakfast
Today you will visit Lake Maggiore located on the south side of the Alps. It is the second largest lake in Italy and the largest in southern Switzerland. Return to Milan for overnight.
Day 11: Lake Como
Meals: Breakfast
This morning drive through a stunning scenery to world-famous Lake Como in northern Italy, the most spectacular of the lakes. Return to Milan for overnight.
Day 12: Milan
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast transfer to the airport.

- 59 to 45 days before departure: $250.00
- 44 to 36 days before departure: $350.00
- 35 to 21 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 20 to 8 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
- 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
