Farm Visit with Tasting & Dinner Tonight, you'll enjoy a visit to a local Icelandic dairy farm, where you'll meet the family and gain unique insight into farm life in Iceland. Enjoy a presentation about Icelandic dairy farming and taste fresh farm to table products, like Skyr, Feta Cheese, and Ice Cream. Then continue your farm to table experience, by sitting down to share a dinner at the farm's very own restaurant, with drinks included. Enjoy the jubilant Viking atmosphere and setting as Valkyries and Vikings sing to you as you dine. The feast reaches a climax, when the Fjoru-chieftain crowns one guest as an Honorary Viking. OnDay : 5 Price : $129 Blue Lagoon Experience Comfort The Blue Lagoon, Iceland’s unique natural pool of mineral-rich geothermal water, located in the middle of a lava field in the pure, beautiful Icelandic wilderness, is not to be missed. A combination of fresh and sea water of 100-110°F, surrounded by magnificent mountain ranges, is ideal for wading and soaking in the shallow 3-5 foot waters, (swimming not required), while the air temperature ranges from 25-55°F. The facility is a modern building with clean changing rooms and showers, skin care facility, and gift shop. Included in your price are entrance to the Blue Lagoon, use of towel, silica mud mask and first drink of your choice. Food is available in snack bars and fine dining restaurants on site; plus a selection of smoothies, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased in the Lagoon Bar, so there’s no need to leave the water! Next, continue to the the charming village of Vik, with free time for lunch on your own. Continue to Dyrhólaey Nature Reserve where you get a beautiful view of the coastline. Finish your full day excursion at the gorgeous Seljalandsfoss waterfall which you can walk behind if conditions allow (Bring a raincoat!) Approximate tour duration is 10 hours.
