Copenhagen to Stockholm (Start Copenhagen, end Stockholm)

Day 1: Copenhagen

The capital of this fine Kingdom will greet us with open arms & ample pastries. Meet your group dinner, have dinner and get excited for the next week of travelling.

Day 2: Copenhagen

Today we can go deep on the city’s streets, taking a bike tour in proper Danish fashion. With the health box ticked will have deserved a little indulging, a great time to pop by the Carlsberg Brewery. Those keen to see an alternative living hippie sphere can venture to Christiania & see the wild Pusher Street markets.

Day 3: Copenhagen

Today we can tap into the overflowing of gastronomic goodness in this city of trendy restaurants in idyllic locations. Also on today’s agenda will be a cruise of Copenhagen’s pretty canals, where pastel house facades meet rows of wooden motorboats.

Day 4: Copenhagen to Oslo

Copenhagen Grab your final stash of glazed apple Danishes before we move on for Norway. The sweet waffle like treat of ‘krumkaker’ awaits us as replacement. Gothenburg En route to Norway we’ll cruise through Sweden, knowing our legitimate encounter with the country is just a few days away. We’ll kick on through the gorgeous Gothenburg, known for its enchanting pink streets during cherry blossom season. Oslo Vibes will be high on arrival in Norway, known for its natural beauty and summertime midnight sun. Tonight we can take a tour by tram, or keep things easy with a few akevitt for the purpose of tradition.

Day 5: Oslo

In the spirit of adventure, Oslo offers us a trip to the Ski Jump Museum. With the rest of the day, if you’re not coasting the streets on two wheels you could grab a smoothie bowl and stroll the vintage shops and boutiques of Grünerløkka.

Day 6: Oslo

Count your kronas & get your priorities in order, today offers a cruise into one of the most naturally stunning landscapes on the planet; Norway’s fjords. If unfathomable valley vistas don’t get you purring, food truck fish ‘n’ chips at Aker Brygge waterfront and meander the boardwalk to the architectural masterpiece that is Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art.

Day 7: Oslo to Stockholm

Having developed quite the crush on this cosy & quirky Scandinavian capital, we’ll drift due east in the direction of Stockholm. After journeying out of Norway & crossing the Klarälven River and sunny city of Karlstad, we’ll hop, skip & jump until we find ourselves in Stockholm. Pulling up in Stockholm you’ll have the chance for an authentic Swedish welcome, heading to an Ice Bar where we can drink Absolut Vodka. The first of three nights to soak up this city, we’ll have ticked the quintessential experience leaving the other night’s free for experimenting.

Day 8: Stockholm

History buffs prepare to have your mind blown by visiting the Vasa Museum, which hosts the wreckage of a warship that sank in 1628, where it sat for 333 years before being rescued. Those not into history might be more musically inclined, with a trip to the ABBA Museum also on the agenda.

Day 9: Stockholm

To toast our trip, we can take an evening cruise & see this archipelago of a city from a new vantage point. Don’t be afraid to kick on into the wee hours – after all, this is a place where eating crayfish is considered a good reason to get rowdy.

Day 10: End Stockholm

Hearts they be shattering this morning, as we wrap up our European expedition. We’ll leave feeling tremendously cultured, raring for our next succulent venture.
